Wrong Item Sent - Customer Service Unresponsive
I ordered two chairs in Oak to match the ones I had previously ordered in May. The chairs I received were not Oak and I contacted customer service immediately. They asked for pictures which I promptly provided but they have yet to send me return instructions. I paid $99 for shipping and I refuse to pay for return shipping costs because the mistake is theirs, not mine. I also refuse to pay for the replacement shipping for the same reason. Not surprisingly, I haven’t heard from them. I wanted these chairs for Christmas, and hope the issue is resolve by then. Thank goodness I ordered early. Frustrated and disappointed.
