Maybe I am sad and too spoiled for time but washing and polishing this dish/shallow bowl is very satisfying! I have it propped up on a plate stand to best enjoy the way the light bounces around the satin-like folds of the stainless steel. It looks good with another Alessi bowl of similar design. Lovely to use but be careful not to scratch the stainless steel.
