This was very difficult for the two of us senior citizens to assemble and I was not happy with the quality. I would not buy again or recommend. We are using it but I don’t think it will have long life. Don’t plan to sit on it often.

Thin material. Chips easily. Be careful putting the back pieces on. Looks good. Does the job.

I like the overall tree, I did have to replace the hooks it came with because they all ended up breaking. However, it has come in handy and Ive received several compliments about it. Im overall happy with the purchase.

I found it easy to put together but they should send extra parts because I broke a couple of the cams and luckily I was able to purchase some at my local hardware store rather than waiting for some to be sent. It looks exactly like the picture and is just what I wanted and it is quality for the price.

For the price I can’t really complain. It’s not bad! The hooks are a cheap plastic (one broke while screwing it in, so I’ll be replacing them with better ones), and the design was a bit flawed with under the bench. It says to screw in the small support block and then add the hinge, but it’s impossible to add the hinge with the block there, so just didn’t add the block. Other than that it’s nice and does the job! Took about 3 hours to put together by myself.

This is a quality piece of furniture. The original came broken in transit. But was replaced tall and thin! Gorgeous

Good quality. Great Price and looks great in my entry area.

One part of the product is broken and all most 2 weeks later, we are still waiting for the replacement. Will come back to give a new review after we get the replacing part and assemble it.

perfect piece for our mudroom

It looks just like the picture, no damage. The bench has a lot of room inside, which is good. It fits probably 6-8 pairs of shoes depending on your size. It was very hard to put together though and the instructions were unclear. It would have been helpful to have some written instructions along with the pictures. It was especially difficult putting the hinge inside the bench and attaching the lid. It was almost impossible to get the screws in from that angle. The hooks on the top were crooked no matter how many times we tried to redo it. Overall, it was what we were looking for and fine for the price we paid.

A little cheap but works good

Looks great and fits the space perfectly. We had some difficulty getting the tension right on the lid to the lower bin. It pops up a bit. However if you sit on it to put shoes on, it’s closes well and is quite sturdy and strong.

Exactly what we needed. Fits perfectly in the spot we chose it for!
