Flimsy

Cats didn't bother with it. Too loose.

Self-grooming cat arch

This is very inferior to the one I've had for years. Obviously the same manufacturer but less quality. The base on my old one was a better quality plastic along with the carpeted area very dense and solid. The grooming arch was also more dense. Sorry they had to ruin a great product and still charge $25.00!

Poor quality and my 2 kittens has it pulled apart in just a few days.

Scratch Pad

This doesn't have a good scratch pad. It is very thin. The hoop is a little too tall. Our cat isn't able to scratch her back.

Broke during first play

We pulled it out of the box, assembled it and the first time our cat started playing with it, it broke. The arch is no longer an arch but a lays on the ground like a horseshoe of brush. She still rubs on it, so whatever. But it’s a cheap plastic piece of junk

Cat ate bristles

I solved the tip issue with carpet tape, then I found bristles in my cat’s vomit and realized she’d been eating at the thing.

Self-Grooming Cat Arch

I was hoping for a more STURDY base & perhaps a STIFFER arch. I just put it together now so will see how my cats react to it. They liked the old one very much but the arch would no longer stay in the base (the base was blandex). Thank you~~

The plastic holders broke and the arch will not stay up. Will need to find a way to hold the arch in place.

Breaks in hours

I attempted this twice. The pegs that hold the base of the arch are too thin and short of plastic to support the height and pressure of the cat even touching the arch. The pegs crack and the platform is no longer useable. So now we have 2 scratch arches laying on the group. Chewy refunded us, but they should stop selling this product until the manufacturer fixes the assembly/quality issues with the product.

Not really worth the money

We’ve had this item since 1-11-24 so about 3 weeks. Our cat is just starting to use it. The ends of the brush push into a couple of cups in the plastic base. Unfortunately as our cat uses it there is pressure put on the base and as seen in the picture the base is already starting to crack. I’m going to see if I still have the box so I can return it.

The arch is GREAT

Made mistake of buying one without a bigger catnip base, but she loves to rub against it!

Broke

Cat was so excited, started grooming himself on it and it lasted less than 5 minutes before it snapped and broke can not put it back together now

Exactly as pictured

This item was very easily assembled, but my base has a slight curvature that prevents it from lying flat. I anchored it under the base of the cat tree. My cat hasn't quite figured out its use yet, but is more comfortable with the new addition. A little sprinkle of nip helped.

Flimsy and cheap

So light weight that it tipped over when kitty brushed against it, so we bolted it to the floor. Brush was too flexible and would just fold over when she tried again. Then after a week the whole thing popped apart. Very very cheap and flimsy.
