Terrible Customer Service
Never received the item. When sending several messages NO response!! And still was charged! I will never order from the Pet Life website.

I set this up in the house prior to our first travel. Both cats used it periodically in the house. I'm thinking great! Then we all get in the truck to travel the 500 miles between houses. Neither cat used the bed the entire trip even when put into the bed. Now at the second house it has become the favorite place of our Tabby.
