The best company

WOW!! I was going away and needed the automatic feeder fast. I ordered it in the afternoon (after 2 pm), and it arrived the next day at noon. Cant thank you enough!

It didn't work for me but might be ok for others.

The design is very basic and it works, but I used it for the outside cats and something (racoon or opossum) was able to push the wheel manually and ate the food for the next feedings. I got it for cats without thinking about the depth of the bowl. It is very deep and narrow so my cat does not care to put her face in it but it might be ok for dogs, but no dogs with a short snout.

Good until it doesn't

I like it until one day my super smart jerk cat learned how to open it...but the product is overall fool proof for average IQ cats out there.

Automatic cat feeder

I got this as a gift for my Mama’s cat and he loves it. He waits patiently for the timer to go off and his food rotates to him.

Good idea poor execution

Within a week dog (who weighs a mere 8kg, this is marketed as suitable for pets of all sizes) learnt to turn tray herself to get into the next compartment

A great automatic feeder.

I was sceptical of this product as first and whether my cat would use it, but she accepted it straight away and now we can go away for a few days and know she is fed.

FYI - be sure to test before leaving

I bought two units. My 6lb female had no issues. My 16lb male was afraid of the motor sound. I used it five days before leaving to be sure he would eat. She runs to it when it cycles & he hides for sometime but will go eat.

Easy to use, set up, and clean. Great for when we have to be out all day.

Eatwell automatic pet feeder

This product is as advertised, works well and reliably. Can schedule up to five meals. Simple to program. Sounds when carousel moves to new section, but not too loud. My cat got used to it pretty quickly. One drawback is there is no battery status indicator. I'm assuming feeder will just stop when batteries wear out.

Very happy with the set up and use. practiced the day before I was leaving and it worked as noted in ad. Very happy fur baby and used it as it was designed.

Works well enough

It works well but I didn’t realize until I got it you can only actually “store” 4 meals since the design has one cup open at all times. Wouldn’t have purchased if I considered this but does the trick well enough

Love this cat feeder

I bought this for my cat, who has to be fed 6 small meals a day, commencing at 6am, as she bolts her food and then vomits it back up with larger meals. Now she no longer wakes me up to be fed in the early morning, and it is simple to add the extra feeds when convenient for me during the day. Happy cat and happy owner!

great product, worth the money, easy to program

Great Feeder

This feeder works great and is easy to understand for setup and programming. Takes a lot of stress out of my routine knowing that our cat will get fed if I'm not available!

However, there is no power button. So you always lose the program when you take the battery out because you want to save the battery life. If you only use it occasionally you will never know if the batteries are good or not. But it is very helpful and the cats or not afraid of it.

I've been using this feeder for years. Our cat likes to eat, and the timer delivers her appropriate amount of food at the appropriate time twice a day. I like the feeder because you can monitor the qualities of food for your cat.
