Don’t shop with Wayfair. If you need to return an item for any reason whatsoever, you will never see your money again. You will be better off to flush a few hundred down the toilet and call it a day. Wayfair owes me $156.63. They have owed this money to me since July 13, 2024. I am still waiting on this refund at the end of August 2024. They also owe me a store credit of $45. Their billing department is such a cluster, that they say I OWE THEM $110. I fear I will never see my money again. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay FAR AWAY from Wayfair! After being a loyal customer for EIGHT YEARS, Wayfair has no ability to treat me fairly.
