We’re really enjoying the new faucet. It was easy to install, and looks great in our kitchen. It took a minute to get used to the touchless feature, but now we love it.

The new countertops are in, and we've installed the faucet. We decided not to use the plate, so it looks very clean. The faucet is beautiful and everything I expected. I especially like the way the soap dispenser handle squirts down. I would definitely recommend it.

Love this faucet ! I wasn’t sure if I would use the motion sense feature but now I would not want a faucet without one. I did remove the weighted feature from the hose under the sink because it clanked around the pipes , but it it easy enough to guide the head back into the fixture. The tilt feature of the soap dispenser is great.

No hot water

I love the look of the faucet, the no touch and auto cut off as well as the sprayer and soap dispenser (it will shoot soap out so watch out). However, my plumber has been out twice. I am going on 3 weeks with no hot water from this faucet. It is hooked up correctly we have hot water everywhere else in the house. Any ideas on how to correct this before I return?

I was so excited to receive this touchless faucet/soap dispenser and after installing it I'm still just as excited. The installation was not too rough as I was able to get the old faucet out and the new one installed within an hour with the help of great instructions and a handy friend. The height of this faucet is just what I needed, the finish looks quite stylish and the features are even better. It's really TOUCHLESS. The sensor being on the front really helps as I had a traditional faucet and I still tend to reach for the handle at times. However I find this to be much more sanitary when I'm in the midst of cooking as I no longer have to use the handle. In times like this I appreciate that there is an automatic turn off which i believe is about 3 minutes. Overall I really like this faucet (the finish, the shape, the height, the features) and look forward to getting lots of use out of it.

I really like the looks of this faucet and it has great features. The stainless steel finish is much more attractive and easier to maintain than the once popular brushed nickle. The spray head retracts well and sets with a solid magnetic connection. The faucet has a heavy solid feel. It installs easily and includes a tool to make the connections under the sink which as a contractor I can assure you is an invaluable feature and saves a lot of struggle and bruised knuckles. My model includes the touchless feature which is becoming increasingly popular because of increased concern for sanitation due to covid. I have had issues with other touchless faucets but this one seems to work reliably and in an intuitive fashion. The batteries have lasted for quite a while but they do have an AC adapter available which I would recommend to anyone who has an outlet available under the sink. All in all a beautiful faucet I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean modern design and good features.

This faucet beats out any others I've used or tried. Installation was pretty simple. I absolutely love the hands free feature! The magnetic feature is also such a simple and sleek addition. The automatic shut off feature is helpful when you're busy in the kitchen. The shape is different which makes me love it even more! I would recommend this to anyone wanting a new faucet.

The Zanna Minimalist Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet is a new and welcomed addition to our kitchen. After unboxing the faucet and reading the instructions, the installation process was straightforward. The faucet includes all needed supplies, including adapters for the hot and cold water in our mobile home hookups. The instructions were quite detailed and allowed a novice like myself to install this faucet in about an hour (including removal of old faucet). We are currently using batteries for the adapter but will likely purchase an AC adapter in the future. It's very sleek and elegant for sure and easy to clean off. The soap dispenser shoots out soap quickly and far, so be careful with that. The settings on the pull-down Faucet are fantastic! The sensor works great and is very responsive. Very impressed overall and recommend.

When I opened the box for the faucet, I didn’t realize that it was so big. After installing it, the faucet looks sleek and beautiful! The installation was very easy, with clear instructions. The faucet comes with everything you could ever need. The materiel is very sturdy, easy to clean and is fingerprint proof, which is a big plus with little ones! There are two buttons on the spout to change water features (spray, stream, and pause), which is nice!. The pull down sprayer makes cleaning up so easy and fast and is easy to put back into place due to the magnetic docking. The touchless technology is a great feature and a big factor in selecting this faucet. I am very happy with the functionality and look of this faucet! I would recommend this product!

This faucet is so awesome, i love the design and functionality. It was easy to install i love to DIY projects at home so i was able to install myself without any problems. Directions were easy to follow. Took a few hours to uninstall the old faucet and put this one in. It does NOT come with water supply lines, so be sure to get some while you're at the store. You will also need a couple wrenches to tighten the water supply lines. Otherwise everything is included.

This fountain has a very nice aesthetic look to it as it matches the same all stainless-steel looks of all my other kitchen appliances. During the installation of this fountain, I did not install the soap dispenser that is included with the fountain as I did not want to drill another hole in my sink. The installation process was very straightforward and in line with other kitchen fountains that I have installed in the past. This was my first go around installing a fountain with the touch free option and the additional parts required for this feature did not really add any complexity to the installation process. The instructions were very clear on the step-by-step process to install. I went ahead and installed the optional power supply instead of relying on batteries to control the sensor activation and spare me the maintenance of replacing batteries when they will inevitably go dead. The touch free activation is a very nice feature that I like when I am cooking in the kitchen and need to rinse my hands often. I always did not like that after rinsing my hands often in the kitchen you would turn off the fountain with a manual handle and the water dripping off my hands would drip onto the fountain baseplate and kind of rollover my sink edge near the wall and leave a wet mess that would be hard to clean. Of course, most of the time I use the fountain in the manual mode for most activities and daily use. I know that is you leave the fountain in “sensor” mode it should not activate until it senses motion, but I am still a little bit uneasy about leaving the fountain handle on when not using the sensor mode. Of course, this was also the recommendation in the instructions as well probably to prevent the fountain from running continuously in case of some malfunction. The quality of the fountain also seems to be very industrial and I feel that it will give me years of trouble-free use in regard to the manual mechanical components. So far everything is functioning as I would expect, but time will tell how long the electronic sensor components will hold up to the hard water that we have.

What an upgrade! I love the smooth brushed steel look. The pull down handle has a strong magnet that snaps right back into place and keeps it from dangling. The touchless sensor works great. It's nice that the sensor has a red light that blinks to indicate low battery. It has a nice height neck with good arch. Very good quality faucet.

[Rewarded Review] So Happy We Upgraded to the Zanna Faucet

I have been looking to upgrade our kitchen faucet as it always seems to drip, even after we tighten the on/off handle. It was supposed to be top of the line and was expensive, but started to have issues after just a few months of use. With kids in the house, I am not sure if it is from them being rough with the handle, or just poorly made. But, after looking online and reading reviews for kitchen faucets, I found myself going back to the Zanna faucet, especially because it offered a hands free turn of/off option.

With Covid-19 and all other viruses, germs that are out there, the Pfister Zanna faucet is one way that gives me piece of mind. I could name a ton of amazing features. It’s well made and designed beautifully. It comes with step by step instructions, so installation was a breeze. It was a definite upgrade to my kitchen. I would recommend this product. I haven’t had any problems with this faucet at all. It makes my life a little easier.

I was so excited to receive this product in the mail that I quickly started disassembling my kitchen sink so I can install this faucet. Installing the faucet was pretty easy, I did it myself and I am a 38-year-old mom. The design is very modern and pretty, space but I ran into some problems….. First off after fully tightening it into my countertop I unfortunately noticed that the faucet is still wiggly, It’s not wiggly in the countertop it’s the part above that, and then it gives you the option to turn off the hands-free by using a coin and turning the button clockwise or counter clockwise. After I realized that once you use hands-free you cannot also use it manually at the same time I decided to shut off the hands-free option…so i used a quarter and turned hands free off, then my water wasnt coming iut of my faucet so i tried to switch the button again and it was at that point where I could not get the button to turn either left or right, I tried everything I tried every coin I can find, I tried a screwdriver, a knife, and that button was not turning any direction. I disassembled the entire hands-free set up and I reconnected it so at least my water would turn on . So that stinks that its

I just got my Pfister Zanna kitchen faucet installed and it is the best faucet ever!!! I love how it has spot defense very easy to keep clean and the touchless technology is wonderful!!! The head has a 3 function spray which makes using it a breeze. Installed very fast! It also came with a solotilt one-handed soap dispenser. I highly recommend this beautiful faucet!!!

This is the most useful and most beautiful kitchen faucet that I’ve ever owned. The installation was a little harder than I expected it to be but thankfully I had help. The motion sensor works great for when I need to use the faucet quickly. The pull down part of the faucet goes back up smoothly and without any hesitation. This particular faucet also comes with a soap dispenser which comes in handy. There is also a signal to let you know when the batteries are running low for the sensor. The design of the faucet is not only beautiful but also functional for every day use. I love my new kitchen faucet!
