Light bulbs worked great.
Lighting was excellent; a couple of fixtures would not work with this bulb.
They are truly bright as the sun shine.
Just no problem

I See Daylight!
I have replaced a large number of the energy inefficient incandescent light bulbs in the house with LEDs. However, I still had 3 old flood lights in the bathroom ceiling, so I decided to replace them with the Philips 65-watt BR30 Daylight bulbs. Have always preferred the "Daylight" bulbs over the other types available, and we were not disappointed with these Philips bulbs. Not only because of the fact that they put out 65 watts of great natural looking light, but they do this while using only 7.5 watts each. With a projected life of 13.7 years at 3 hours per day of use, these bulbs are an excellent value.
LED BR30 Ultra Definition Light Bulbs
My can and eyeball lights are the old style incandescent light bulbs. These use much more energy and generate allot more heat than then newer style LED bulbs. The Philips 7.5W (65W Equivalent) LED Ultra Definition light bulbs are a good replacement for me. The bulbs are type BR30, which are approximately 5 inches long and slightly less than 4 inches in diameter. BR30 bulbs belong to the category of bulbs used for directional lighting and typically a "wide flood" beam angle. The Philips Ultra Definition bulbs are comfortable for your eyes, have a high color rendering index (CRI) for better color, are dimmable, use the standard E26 base, 650 Lumens, Daylight 5000K temperature and came in a 3 pack. These are perfect to replace the older, hotter can light bulbs I have.
Bright Light Big Improvement
I had soft-white bulbs in the kitchen over the countertops which produced a dull yellowy light. Being old-school spotlight bulbs, they also turn out a lot of heat, and waste energy. These new Phillips Ultra-Definition bulbs produce a much whiter light which makes the everything more visible. The 65 watt output is just about right (I wouldn't want to go any brighter). Our kitchen is the least naturally-lit room in the house, so having good light is a real eye-saver. It's taken a little getting used to the change in color, but now I love them.
