These do not stay in place and are terribly annoying as we are constantly having to reposition them.

I very much like this however it is a bit less than great for my love seat. Otherwise we are happy with it. Our dogs get on the furniture so this protecter is easy to throw in the wash when we have guests and then recover of sofas.
