No help from manufacturer w/ damaged product

So the set was nice, but was a 7 piece set and I was only received a 6 piece set

Broken chair/scratched

I love how the table looks,but I’m so upset that it came scratch and a chair and a cushion was completely broken 😞

Love the quality and the color. Easy to assemble

It is a nice dining room set but when I opened the box and started pulling out the pieces two of the chairs were damaged. Now I have to go threw the Hassel of repackaging everything and send it back.

Overall good table

The table is great. During shipping the chairs showed up with dents all over them. It’s easy to put together. The one down side is the table scratches very easily.

Beautiful color and high quality

I really love this table and chairs. Only giving it 4 stars because of the lengthy assembly. Instructions for chair assembly were pretty confusing, but we got it all together and now I love it! Worth it if you have patience for assembling furniture.

Nice & easy to put together dining set. Quality is pretty decent for the price. Chairs are comfortable. Table scratches easily so placemats are key. Shipping was speedy and box was well packed. Color true to pics. Would recommend.

Table is beautiful, shipping awful

The table itself is beautiful. However, the shipping was delayed multiple times and took over 3 weeks to FINALLY get it. The box looked like it had been run over multiple times on a highway during rush hour. It was completely destroyed and repackaged multiple times. There was a few nicks on the table top, but after waiting so long we opted to keep it.

I purchased this as a House warming gift for my daughter and her family. It came altogether in a huge heavy box! Took several hours to assemble. The corner of the table was damaged most likely due to shipping but my daughter insisted on keeping. Be careful to check out all the pieces fir this product prior to assembly. Other than that...they Love it!

Overall pleased with this purchase. Color is really nice and table is sturdy. Seats are kind of stiff but they might just need some breaking in to.

Wobbly chairs

While I love the color and design, all but one chair was off. Meaning the chairs were extremely wobbly. Whomever constructed the set did not have the correct chair measurement so they are all off but one. As a result, I would not recommend this set.

Nice looking but returning

Arrived with a crack on the main table and 4/6 chairs are wobbly and a bit small. Will be returning

Beautiful and sturdy for a great price.

Gorgeous table. It's a deep charcoal grey, almost more of a matter black which is exactly what I was looking for. Very very comfortable seats. The color is stunning with all of the white in my kitchen and dining room. My husband assembled the entire thing on his own in about an hour. Would definitely recommend this.
