amazing night stand

it comes mostly assembled. There is an "add-on" foot base that i did not use. the drawers open and close smoothly, it looks great, and seems rugged enough to last year's. Great value.

So far so good!

Sturdy so far. No assembly besides the feet. Heavy. Pretty and sleek finish. Drawers are a bit stiff but they don’t get caught or stuck. Top hidden drawer is felt lined, other two are not.

they are just what I wanted with the exception of the stain being a bit darker than my bedroom set! But I’m so pleased with quality. So pleased with the quick delivery! This was my first time ordering from houzz and I look forward to placing more orders in the future!

Nice. Lots of storage space

Received this today. Very happy with it. It was packed well. No damages. Some people commented that the large bottom drawer doesn’t close smoothly. Mine closes smoothly… It just requires a tiny bit of an extra push to get it all the way in. You don’t have to force it. It’s almost not noticeable. Overall, I’m very happy with this.

No MDF in this piece of furniture. Every piece is regular wood. The bottom drawer is pretty deep (nice for random stuff), I like the hidden drawer :) The color is spot on with what the picture looks like and it matches my bed frame perfectly! I like the minimal style as I didn't want anything flashy. It came assembled, but you do have to put the feet on (easy). I like how wide it is as I tend to put a lot on the table. The height is pretty good too as it's high enough to block my pillow from knocking down something while I sleep.

Put the legs on the stand before measuring height

The nightstand comes fully assembled with the exception of the screw-on legs. One reviewer gave nightstand 1 star only because the height was about 4" less than she expected. The photos included made it clear the screw-on legs were left off. We didn't need a different measuring tape to figure out that there was a screw loose somewhere, but no fault of the nightstand. On the other hand the nightstand is unusually large width and lengthwise for a nightstand so check the size specifications carefully for the space you intend it. The nightstand is gorgeous and the construction is what should be expected in the price range.

The nightstand is made of good quality wood and is heavy and sturdy. The top hidden drawer is a plus and the remaining two drawers have side rails making it easy to open and close; however I do think the bottom drawers is very stiff and open and closes as if there were no side rails. Maybe it will loosen up as I use it more. Overall. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality nightstand. We also have the matching dresser that we bought from ArtVan some years back and the quality is the same as the dresser.

This is a beautiful, large nightstand fit for a king bed. Others I looked at we're small and looked dwarfed by my king size bed. The quality is impressive and it's quite a handsome nightstand. Plus, I was very impressed with the packaging! It arrived at my front door and it took a good bit of time to unpack it. Heavy duty supports, cardboard, styrofoam and packaging got it here in pristine condition. I was told it required assembly and almost didn't buy it. However I'm so glad I did because it only requires the feet installed. Looks like an expensive piece of furniture.

Excellent buying experience

I took delivery on 2 nightstands yesterday and I have unpacked them and installed the 4 base pieces for each cabinet. The packing was superb. It exceeded my expectations. Once unpacked, the cabinets are in pristine condition - every bit as attractive as if seen on a furniture showroom floor. The assembly of the 4 base pieces is trivial - good instructions, Allen wrench, and 8 bolts (2 for each piece). Assembly is very quick and easy. The product quality is excellent. In addition, the buying experience was excellent. The website provided answers to all my questions before I asked. I plan to make additional purchases from Hayneedle. They have proven to me that they have overcome the "perceived risk" of buying furniture online. Job well done.
