Good Chair for Price

Nice chair. The ottoman was broken when we received it, but manufacturer replaced it with no problems. Seat cushion is firm but comfortable.

I bought the teal chair because I had purchased the berry one from another store and was very satisfied. Upon opening the boxes, I immediately noticed that the chair and ottoman was not the same items pictured. Don’t get me wrong, they are similar, but I was expecting what was pictured. The chair and ottoman pictured on this site has many nailheads around the trim without any spacing. The chair and ottoman I received have fewer nailheads with space between them. Also, one of the nailheads had fallen of the chair and was broken. That means I cannot reattach it. Not to mention, there was a staple holding the fabric together in the corner and the nailheads are crooked. Overall, I will not order from this company again because I feel like I received a defective item. Dissatisfied customer.

I loved the color because it added color to the room. But for many reasons I sent it back.

Good for the price

The accent chair is comfortable and is a good width. I dropped one star because the metal pieces are pretty scratched and aren't flush against the fabric and the ottoman doesn't have even legs and changing how far the legs are screwed is not enough to fix it.

Comfortable and Easy to assemble

This was a great buy. The quality was excellent and it was easy to assemble. Only problem is I bought for my office and I keep finding family members sitting in the chair meant for me!

Striking reading chair and ottoman

Beautiful berry color! Great reading chair. The rivets add style. The ottoman is the same height as the seat of the chair, which may not be comfortable for some, but was not an issue here.

Attractive and Comfortable

We ordered two of these chairs with the matching ottoman. The order came earlier than expected which is awesome! The only assembly is attaching the legs. The color is great and the chair is light, but comfortable. One of the legs broke off an ottoman already, but my husband was able to fix it. Other than that, we are pleased with the chairs.

Dissatisfied

Nice colour. Comfortable but the stitching is poor. Already ripped at the piping. Waiting for the repair person but I might just return it.

Great chair ottomans were damaged but working with company to replace. Great color teal
