Flimsy material

The handles on the small drawers on the armoire are flimsy had it a couple months and 2 of them have broke in half already...

Some Assembly time required.

Great color and seems good quality. Barn doors work great. Be prepared for the time needed for assembly.

This bedroom suit exceeded my expectations. It was much heavier than expected and came packaged and protected well. The hidden storage in the headboard is cool! The bed frame wasn’t completely assembled, however the directions were easy to follow and it was completely assembled in an hour or two!

Nice set but quality is lacking. Tall chest came damaged and was definitely done prior to shipping. A repair was attempted under the barn door rail.

A Bedroom Set, with Personality

I was very excited to purchase this bedroom set, and waited months for a sale so I could do so without the crazy high price. It is exactly how I pictured it, with a few caveats: -the color of the finish is much darker than it appears in pictures. Dark dark brown so it is nearly black. And the finish is not perfect, there are minor scuffs and imperfections -the dresser with the mirror attached, the drawers stick just a little when trying to close. So, not perfect again. Gives it a little... character. My favorite feature is the USB ports in the nightstand. I actually didn't see that when I chose this product, so it has been a pleasant perk.

Just finished putting this set in my new home. Dresser was damaged upon arrival, but customer service was quick and helpful getting a replacement sent out (still waiting for delivery). Chest and nightstand fully assembled and great quality. Headboard needs legs and barn doors attached otherwise fully assembled. Footboard required the most assembly since we had to build the storage cubbies, but it was a fairly straightforward process. Definitely requires at least two people because it is HEAVY but it is quality furniture. Also love the hidden storage in the headboard and nightstand. Overall, very very happy.

My husband and I were so excited about this bedroom furniture. The color is fantastic and the rustic look with barn style doors. It was a bit heavy going up the stairs but that means that it is quality wood. Also easy to assemble.

Very nice addition to my home!

This set is very stylish and looks great in my extra bedroom. Love the barn door look and the finish in white with black/gray shading is exceptionally nice. Goes well with the bed set that I purchased for this bedroom. I will shop again with Overstock.

The set is awesome the only thing I would change is the directions to put them together. I like how strong the set is and the fact that it has ball bearings. I would recommend this to anyone.

Disappointing quality than expected or advertised

Received our set with major carton damage. Huge chunks of bed post were damaged. All handles are plastic and one completely shattered during install. Back piece of dresser chipped off. Listed on site as “oak” but is mostly particle board. Color is much darker than shown. Footboard doors do not stay in track. Company listed as all American but made in Vietnam sticker over pieces.

Beautiful furniture

The bedroom set arrived quickly and in tact without and damage. The manufacturer took their time packaging the furniture in Styrofoam to prevent shipping damage. The instructions for building the bed could be a little more detailed, but we didn't have any major issues. My only complaint would be the legs on the headboard, I wish they were stronger. They may be adequate but only time will tell, I already have in mind reinforcement ideas if needed. The mattress sits high in the bed frame so you would not be able to add a box spring, this detail would have been useful to know. Overall we are happy and satisfied at the price and quality of this bedroom set.

Very nice set. I would recommend getting the insurance because the chest piece back leg was splintered beyond repair. It had to be damaged before packing because this set comes packaged extremely well. I don't like that the sides of the bed comes down and prevents storage under the bed. I do like the hidden compartments in the bookcase and the side tables. I don't remember that being in the description so BONUS :)
