The product did not match the catalogue. The height was 47 inches against 36 inches as per catalogue. Have messaged and emailed multiple times but no remedy so far. Very disappointed.

Great chair and ottoman

The chair and ottoman are just as described. They look great in my room. Delivery was quick. Nice price. Cannot give 5 stars due to delivery. The boxed chair was left in front of my house on the walkway 5 or 6 feet from my front porch. Even no steps to go up. Really?? The delivery person could not have walked 5 more feet to leave the chair in a much protected spot on my porch?? Not good!

It's rich looking. It looks great in my library, lots of compliments.

Really like this accent chair & ottoman! Fully assembled and ready to go out of the box. Looks more expensive than it is. Comfortable (esp for folks under 6') and well made. Would buy again.

I love the look of the chair, although it came not manufactured correctly. The wood of the leg is not glued in so the peg is sticking out making it unable to be flush. My husband is going to try and fix it himself. I feel the chair is quite a lot of money to arrive in that shape.
