Service after sale horrible

Table great, delivery is horrible came damaged the FIRST time we got it. Didn’t see broken parts until I was all ready done putting it together. Then the horrible service after the sale started. Had to send the whole set back after I put it together and the guys they sent didn’t know how to take it apart so I had to help, then “Debra” the warehouse manager never followed up with us. And waited for her to call back but never happened finally after 2 months we get a new table ordered again having to be refunded the money then rebuy the table. SO now we wait and again no one follows up so the order is never actually ordered.finally the table arrived and as we are from out of town we had to take our own trailer to pick it up because they didn’t want it delivered to our home by freight even though we paid for it. I could go on with a longer more detailed review but I’m sure the whole thing will be swept under the rug.. so yea table is great if you willing to wait 5 months with all the hassle

Good table, but very heavy. If your floors are not good it will break through.

I love my new dining room table it's sturdy quality, solid wood. it is a great value for the price. It is a heavy table, and it was easy to assemble. I recommend this product if you were looking for a new dining table. Table was packed very good for shipping. Would buy again. There was also a large gap in communication of progress on the status of the shipment. I had 3 small scratches on one of the 2 table leafs. Customer support was fantastic helping fix the issue.

I bought this dining set for one of my houses, and it is a great value for the price. It is a heavy table, and it was easy to assemble. I recommend this product if you were looking for a new dining table

Nice table- received damaged with little to nohelp

It looks really nice but you cannot fit three chairs along the side while pushed in unless you have a leaf added. Product also came damaged on one of the leaves and the leg of the table. Lowes Customer service manager only gave me a 5% discount a $140 something dollars and transferred me to the product department for a replacement leaf and haven’t heard back.

Love this table, looks great and was not that hard to assemble. Slightly damaged in shipping, the pallett had a nail sticking straight up and it scratched our table top. Not overly noticeable still love the table, well made and easy to add table extensions when needed. Looks great in our new house!

I love everything about this table. I’m super excited to host holidays and game nights!

We absolutely love this table. Heads up that it is massive but that is what we wanted. We are very happy with the table as it is counter height and I love having the option of taking the leaves out. When both leaves are in we can comfortably sit 8-10 people. Highly recommend- although it's heavy- so if we move again we will be hiring movers!

Would recommend this dining set to all. Good quality, love the color sturdy chairs, and expands to 9' if needed. Table was packed very good for shipping. Would buy again

Love the table! Turned out perfect for our space. Easy assembly. Delivery was quick and folks were extremely pleasant. Now to decorate with centerpiece and table settings!

The table is well made and good quality, but be aware there may be issues with all the parts to assemble the set may not arrive at the same. We were missing screws to assemble 2 of the chairs. There was also a large gap in communication of progress on the status of the shipment. The table and chairs arrived 2 to 3 weeks from the original projected delivery date, both issues were big considerations for the rating.
