Beautiful Tile that cannot be meshed together

While remodeling the kitchen, I fell in love with this tile. Measurements were completed, and installation services were contracted. When the contractor opened the box to commence installation, he began by laying out the tiles. No matter how he attempted to mesh them, there was no way. Review of the supposed pattern shown on the website vs. what we had in reality showed that the tile layout was completely different. Lowe's Installation Services reached out to say they would not be able to install and suggested choosing an alternative tile. Unfortunately, because I was set on the tile, I asked if Lowe's could reach out to the manufacturer (Artmore) to see if the tile sheets could be replaced as they seemed to be defective / incorrect. Lowe's reached out to them, and they stated that they did not see any issue with the tile sheets supplied as they were not meant to mesh together. In addition, the supplier stated that to fill in the large gaps between the tile sheets that a tile sheet would need to be deconstructed to fill in pieces between the tile sheets. As a result, the tile had to be returned to allow for a new tile selection to be ordered.

The tile was beautiful and high quality, but had to return as it didn’t go with my counters (was using it as a backsplash)

Too slippery when wet for a shower floor. And too much room for grout.

We used this tile in our son?s bathroom floor. It looks great and feels good on your feet.
