Design is great, quality is horrible

I purchased this bed in april and set it up in may. The look is amazing, however the base material is horrible, it barely held up and one side of the base ended up breaking , my dad being the handy man he is added wood and reconstructed the base for me , the picture shows the wood he added and i wanted to show how bad the legs hold up, after this i removed the legs , and now it hold up fine. I don’t recommend unless you’re willing to remove and add more durable pieces.

The bed itself is nice. But I think plastic should have been used on the bed prior to using styrofoam. The styrofoam stuck to the material of the bed now I have to scrub it off.

This bed arrived with splintered wood in almost every part, such. cheap wood used that some of the "support" slats were cracked in the middle. After unpacking it and noticing this horrible mess, Wayfair said the manufacturer wouldn't pick it up without it being packed back up. Has anyone ever tried that??? Now I'm out the money, my room is a wreck, and I have this monster box blocking my front door. I don't understand how you can be sold a defective item and then it's on you to make it right.

Adorable bed!!! I bought this for my 10 year old who is almost 11 and ready to get rid of her bunk bed. We put it together in about an hour and a half. We’re a little slow but it was very easy. I made one mistake of not making sure I had the right screws and used the longer ones and went thru the back of the head board. We put a tiny pinhole thru the faux leather. So don’t do that!!! The long screws are for the legs of the end foot piece.

Very nice, good quality!

My daughter loves it. She likes the height and I am satisfied with the quality being very strong and sturdy. The only problem with it was there was no instructions on assembly. Luckily my son is a carpenter and had all the tools and was able to put it together without any problems.

Easy to assemble. Shipping as advertised vs actual delivery date is not the same. Expect delays. Support wood is cheap quality with splinters popping out. Best wot work with thick leather gloves. Watch out for stains on fabric

I would definitely buy again!

We love this product, we got the black one. It was a very easy assembly. It fits the space we made for it perfectly and we are happy to be up high again. You don't need box springs but we added ours anyways for extra height and it holds up very well!

Sleek modern design. It arrived with a large gash in the box but the actual bed was ok when opened. It did have a little dirt on it. Overall I’m ok with the bed for the price. Put it together by myself, instructions weren’t too bad. Would have been easier with two people but I managed. I am a little disappointed that one of the slats for the headboard is a little shorter than the two others. I took it off and tried it in a different sequence but the same result. Before I purchased the bed I contacted Wayfair to find out the color of the legs whether they were black or dark brown. They said they would contact the company and they replied and said white. Smh! I replied back and said WHITE Why would they be white when all the the different colors of the beds DO NOT show white legs. They again said they would contact the company. They came back again and said WHITE. RIDICULOUS! They are NOT white, they are black and plastic, NOT wood. They don’t know what they are talking about. I got the full size and did add a box spring as I wanted to raise up the bed so there wouldn’t be space under the headboard. The mattress doesn’t go all the way to the side of

Everything came in perfect condition and exactly as expected. I added extra slats and legs for extra support and now the bed is super sturdy. The white leather headboard is beautiful and easy to wipe clean. Overall, very happy with my purchase!
