Wow!!!!

Granddaughter loves riding on this. At first she would only go backwards but once she figured it out she was everywhere. She is 1 yrs old and loves so much I bought for my great niece when she turned 1. There is a remote so parents can control it also. And the lights are so cool.

It stopped working shortly after but they did send replacement part but then it didn’t fix it. I forgot about it unfortunately which is my own fault but they wouldn’t honor it since the second time I called was after the 1 yr warranty, even though I had a previous warranty claim he simply said no, even though you called initially within the one year we can’t help you. Which sucks because of price. Partially my fault since I waited long but he claims they can’t look up my warranty claim or email. Said he doesn’t know what system They used 2 years ago since he didn’t work there. Just lousy customer service

Not good

We just opened our box to charge it in time for Christmas. Upon opening it we found there were no batteries or charger included. Thus was a Christmas gift for our granddaughter now it is useless. I am highly disappointed in this product.

Bumper car

My grandson loves it, very sturdy and needs no assembling came straight out the box ready to go. Highly recommended item!

Worth the money !

My toddler absolutely loves this item and is way better than buying a car for a toddler that’s always on the move and destructive!!! ONCE YOU BUY you do have to register and plug in the battery wire that is located inside the seat. You have to remove the seat and connect the remote to the bumper car before anything will really work I guess… it was a pain at first but worth it!

Expensive, but a great toy.

It is a beautiful toy! It is well made and has good safety features. The rechargeable battery is well made and good size. The 3 and 5 year old children love it.

Don't Waste Your Money!

Works great for a few months. I charged this bumper car overnight and it doesn't move at all, but only flashes the lights. A year later and it still doesn't move and it still only flashes the lights. Short-term fun (could it be the reason why it's on sale?).

Bought this for my toddler for Christmas. Hes used it MAYBE 30 times since then as its usually stored in his playroom that he rarely goes into. He absolutely loves it until the battery dies 30 minutes into riding around in it. For the price of this thing id expect the battery to last more than 5 months. Get it together Kidzone. I dont want to spend more money to replace the battery on this thing. Guessing Im going to have to go buy him a whole new ride on car so its not breaking his heart every time it dies within 30 minutes.

A tremendous toy

Absolutely a wonderful toy! Our 3 year old grandson handled this with only a few minutes of riding it. With the remote control and “seat belt”, our 1 year old granddaughter has a great time. This bumper car will be enjoyed for years to come.

Not worth the money.

It started off a a pretty good toy, however, I have had it for 1 year and it won't hold a charge at all. It started doing this about 3 months ago too. It would charge enough for my daughter to ride for approx 5 min then die. As of today, it won't charge at all so it's going by the curb. For the price, you would think it would last more than 7 months. Would NOT recommend.

Wonderful purchase for my toddler

Purchased for my son's birthday. Arrived quickly in well-packed big box. It can be drove around just like a real car, while keeping at a very safe speed that I would not worry about any danger. You can also control it with the remote either for interaction or to keep within safe zone. But most importantly, my son loved it! Can't stop wanting to get in and drive around~ It indeed looks real fun and I even wish there is an adult size one...

Fun Product for Indoor/Outdoor! 12mo and a 2 yr !

We have had this product since Christmas. They absolutely love this bumper car. My granddaughter has been driving it since she was 12 months old. She likes it more than my grandson who was 2 at the time. We use it indoor most of the time but also use it to go and get the mail. The remote control is a blessing and works well!! Hours of fun!

Worst customer service ever

I received this item as a gift for my twins when they were 9 months. It’s labeled for 18 months so I didn’t open it until my twins turned around 1. The reason why this was bought for us was because of the parental controls. When we opened it the remotes were missing out of both bumper cars so we were unable to control the car. I called customer service and they said since I don’t have the order number there is absolutely nothing they can do. They wouldn’t sell me a replacement remote at all. I’m not about to contact this older lady who’s my mother in laws friend to be like oh yeah remember those bumper cars you bought us a few months back??..:can you try to dig up the receipt because both of them came without remotes???? Ummm no thanks..I’m not doing that because we aren’t that close to her. I find that this customer service is extremely unprofessional and I will never be buying from them for any of my 4 kids! Buyer beware!

Hilarious to watch...

My Great Grandson loves this thing. The first time he got it he went nuts. My grand daughter says he's one it from daylight to dark. When my grand daughter plugs it in he is just fascinated by the sound it makes...Like a heartbeat. I definitely would recommend this to any family with a young child. They will love it...

Wouldn't recommend

I purchased this for my special needs granddaughter. We got it and was so excited as she was able to play with the other kids who have hover boards and scooters (things she is not able to do). She felt like a big kid. We were excited as it has a remote control so we could assist her when needed. She road it maybe 4 times, we had it less than a week, and it quit working. We tried everything. A lot of money spent for something that doesn't work. I did purchase the protection plan; however, I don't think I want another one. It is disheartening when she gets excited for something and then is unable to use it.

Battery Swole up! Hot to touch! Dangerous!

I bought this for my 1 year old. He has loved the car. One of the handles only works part of the time. The big problem is the battery! I plugged up the car to charge, which I usually do overnight. It was plugged in for roughly 2 hours when I started to smell something. It was a burning plastic smell. I realized it was the bumper car. I went to take the seat off because the parts are all underneath and the seat was warm to touch. I removed it and notice the battery was deformed. It was swollen and very hot to the touch and was making a sizzle noise! Very dangerous because it could have exploded with my child on it or exploded and cause a house fire with my family inside!!! I carefully removed the battery and placed it outside! I do not recommend charging indoors. I hope to speak with someone soon about this situation also. The battery is still swollen 2 days later. So now I have a broken car.

Sad!!!

Couldn’t wait to give this to my daughter for her b day. Thankfully I took it out of the box early to look at it. The left shifter knob does not work so it just spins in circles. Does not go forward or backwards. Going to order another one and hope this one was just faulty. Will update my review.

Great bumper car for any age,

The car came fully assembled only had to put batteries in remote and hook up 6v battery. My 2 year granddaughter really took to driving it and the remote works really great. I would recommend this for any child. We have had a ball watching her in it.
