my pretty alicorn arrived with a broken wing even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap

bought this for my granddaughter. she loved it. It is very well made and very pretty. a great addition to the Christmas tree.

Very Pretty Unicorn Ornament

It looked pretty when it arrived but it was broken. One wing was off and the other was cracked. I contacted the seller and after sending pics of the damage, was reimbursed immediately.
