Nightmare to put together

This table is horrific to put together. The directions are only images, not words. Which isn’t a huge deal but adds to the frustration here. The biggest issue is pieces not fitting. There many of the screws are seemingly not long enough to go from one piece to another. I’ve found myself excluding multiple washers because the screws are too short. Another reason this is happening is it appears the wood is warped causing inaccuracies in where holes should line up and creating trouble with getting screws. Very disappointed in the factory craftsmanship and would not recommend. Save yourself the trouble. If you thought ikea was bad… you’re in for it.

I dont like the color

First, it took three weeks before we got the table in the mail. Second, the seashell wirebrush is like dark grey with a combination of grey. The table itself is nice. We dont like the color. It isnt the same on the pictures

DON’T BUY IT

I wish I could give this table 0 stars. From the day it was delivered we had issues. Holes weren’t drilled all the way and we weren’t able to assemble it. Then as we started to use it, the finish comes off. To the point of getting splinters. We have 2 young kids who often have food that comes out the their bowl or off the placement. It’s a hazard to them they are ingesting the table’s finish. And this thing may as well be the wicked witch of the west because if water hits it, forget it. The finish will come off even more! I even used a baby wipe to show customer service that something as gentle as that causing it to come off. The reply was laughable when they told me a baby wipe is too abrasive and only wood cleaner can be used. I used wood cleaner too and the same thing happened. If you plan on just using the table for your mail or decoration, go for it. But if you want people to enjoy a meal and it be the center of the kitchen, take your money and go else where. This is a real you get what you pay for kinda thing. They also remove reviews that’s aren’t stellar, like my original one. Super shady practice. I wish we would have never bought it, it’s a daily headache.

Not what I hoped

I didn’t realize that the surface of the table was going to be ridged. It is pretty hard to clean. I didn’t have any trouble following the directions but I absolutely for the life of me could not get the slats flush. There are gaps between them that trap crumbs and dirt. It’s a good looking table but not nearly as functional as I had hoped.

Bad luck

Terrible customer service about the furniture’s purchase. This is my second purchase of furniture from Target, I regret that I didn’t buy from directly the company or other 3rd party. My table surface is damaged because of the delivery ( this happened before with the kitchen island). It’s heavy, and we don’t want to dissemble it again, but it in the box and bring to return. What can we do now? So bad luck with target.

love love love this table. the color is perfect %26 the quality is really nice. it’s a perfect table to seat 4 to 6 people! super easy to put together too.

Gorgeous table

Beautiful table but a piece arrived broken. We had to buy wood glue to put it back together. The instructions could be a bit more clear and specific but overall, we love it!

Missing hardware

Table arrived missing the hardware/screws so all I have are useless planks of wood. Also one of the wood pieces came visibly damaged. Support has not been helpful.

Awful quality! Avoid at all cost!

Bought this table because of the style. But BIG MISTAKE. The color is not consistent. There are white paint stains and weird black stains throughout. Screws don’t fit well. There are chips in the product and splinters. It’s a mess! What an awful product and it’s so expensive.

Damaged top

This is the second dining table I have ordered from Target that arrived damaged. Their solution is to order another one and then return this one when it arrives. Terrible customer service. Stand behind your products!

The table is lovey, however

The table is lovey, however the shipping was a MESS. I got sent chairs instead of the table. It took a while to get a response back from customer service, when I did get a response they were not able to expedite the replacement despite it being 100% their fault.

Instructions were a little more

Instructions were a little more complex than we thought but we managed to assemble it in one night. We bought this during their Memorial Day sale and could not believe what a steal this was. Would have easily been in the 4 figure range from another store! Highly recommend.

Pass

I regret buying this table. I didn't realize it was an ikea put it together. The pieces don't have the best fit, some of the screws wouldnt even go in because the holes were too small. The grooves are way deeper than i thought, i wanted a smoother wood. The only thing i like is the style and color.I didn't want try and fit in my car to lug it back and pay for shipping or I would have returned it.

The color is not the same as in the photos

This’s the second time that I ordered this table, the colors are super different in person, are going to change a lot, I didn’t like any of the two colors, are super different in the person, I returned the first table and they charge me shipping and also 20% for something that they call “stock” so I paid even more this time and I’m unhappy with my purchase, I’ll keep it just because they charge a lot if you try to return something

Love this table! First well with the rest of the house. Would highly recommend it. Easy to assemble as well.
