Received different item than ordered

What I received was OK, but nothing like the picture. I received a tray shaped item, not a basket that I thought I had ordered. Order # 369194610.

I purchased 8 of these but now I see I need more. I hope when my budget is available that these are the same price. The quality is wonderful and the nice clean look is just what I was after. It shows something is wrong with the image so I am not sure if it will upload. It looks nice.

They are doing the trick. i just think they are over priced for plastic.

I love these...they make organizing my office so easy!!

I love these. I have been needed some for long time, but the ones I tried (and returned) did not work well for me. They all had holes in sides and the papers would get bent when I tried to put them in. With these, they just got in smoothly. I purchased several and am very pleased with them.
