Bought 2 years ago, keeps 500 sq ft cool!!! Its easy to use, fairly quiet, keeps living room cool even when 40 celcius outside.

IT works great one of best on the market. The down side is inefficient as energy savings

Very quiet, cooling down my server room much better than before, easy to install, only thing is my electricity bill goes up $100 a month now. But it’s still worth it because the room is now cooler.

Failed in a week. Very loud.

Very loud. A broken bolt fell out of the unit. I suspect it was one of the bolts that fastens the compressor to the unit. I returned it for a full refund.

While it does a good job of cooling so far, we haven’t reached peak summer temperatures yet, I’m disappointed in the fact that you will need to set the 24 hour count up or countdown timer everyday. It’s described as having a “24 hour programmable clock” but that very misleading. You can’t pick a time of day that you want this unit to come on or go off using it’s timer as it’s just a count up or down timer.

Followed directions exactly then plugged into outlet and screen just says STOP. I will return same day after buying.

Dont buy the waranty on it, they suck. Mines broke down and they dont want to fix my ac… they dont have technicians around my area is what they said. Theu gove u a hard time. Ac breaks down after a year

Because my central air is in the attic it could not be serviced until fall because no one would go in the attic during the heat of summer. I purchased the Portable Air for the bedroom. It performed excellently during this blazing summer. My BR is quite large and It cooled the room quickly and efficiently. In fact could cool more than just the BR if I closed doors and utilized ceiling fans. Could not have remained in my home this summer without the portable air. Extremely pleased with performance and my purchase.. It may seem pricey but worth every penny . Beats monthly rate for residence inn which was my alternative.
