Perfect for my Fall/Winter herb garden

I purchased the Bounty Elite because I wanted to have fresh herbs in the fall and winter. I did a test run and was literally blown away. The only thing that didn't sprout was the thyme, but everything else took off. I've already cut back and used a lot of the basil and dill. No more buying the fresh herbs at the store. And the best part is, it is so easy to use and take care of.

Just some non-growing issues

For the function of growing plants, the aerogarden is amazing, and five stars for sure. I have seeds sprout in three days and have amazing growth and harvests. Very nice for pesto or Thai basil chicken. One issue I have is the difficulty in removing the circular column that houses the motor for cleaning - it is so difficult I keep breaking tabs. The biggest complaint for sure is the way the wi-fi system and app go through a server, and I am constantly getting the error of "abnormal server." Communication between the app and the garden has zero reason to go through a server and should be a direct connection. I can't state enough how dumb the server requirement is.

This company is great they stand by their products with no hassle just trouble shooting to try to help and see if some were overlooked. I have 14 units.

Poor design nearly impossible to disassemble

Impossible to disassemble. While this product may work well initially, trying to take it apart to clean is extremely difficult.

Growing Good. Beeping Bad

Overall, I love my Bounty Elite. I have grown tomatoes, lettuce, and herbs, and they all turned out great. My only complaint is the constant beeping. I have the audio alerts off, and tried to research but no luck. The constant beeping sounds like someone is pushing the buttons. Please help

Working Great Now!

Received as a Christmas gift as was excited to get started. My review would have been a 4 or 5, but my entire group of pods failed to do any growing at all. I let the Company know and requested replacement pods (Still waiting after many weeks). I ordered a set of heirloom tomatoes and those are doing great! The instructions are very confusing and not specific enough.

Bounty elite, frustrating setup, not worth the mon

I bought a new Bounty Elite so that it would connect to my network and after spending 45 minutes trying to make it work, reading on the internet for all solutions, it still does not work. I then called the number on my documentation and it tells me you don't have phone support. This is extremely frustrating. I wish I'd known it would have been this big of a problem. I would not have purchased the two other farm units that I have, which by the way, connect to my network just fine.

Very hard to disassemble for cleaning

While this grows good plants it is so hard to disassemble for cleaning I would not purchase this model again.
