Good quality but not as plush as expected

Piece of crap

Very poorly made. This sectional is for photo ops only...will never hold up to people actually sitting on it. Fabric snags at the slightest movement. Also fabric is very wrinkled. So incredibly disappointed.

Very cheap looking and feeling

It is a beautiful color and was easy to put together but it is very cheap. The cushions are already flat and it's only been 2.5 months. Very disappointing for how much I paid for it.

Good deal

Fairly easy to put together. Stiff at first but easy to break in. Holds up well to heavy use by family and dogs. Stains very easily though so be careful

Couch was easy to assemble. The cushions do not have any Velcro to keep them in place so they slide around quite a bit. They also dont fit very well creating gaps between the cushions. The back cushions are already starting to deform a bit and dont keep their shape very well. Would not purchase again

Not a good buy

This is not what I thought it was going to be. It is made cheap. The cushions are already flat. They don't stay velcroed to the couch. For the amount of money I spent I am VERY disappointed. It is uncomfortable to sit on. I have never had poor quality from Overstock until this.

Very comfortable couch!

This is an Excellent couch. It is Very comfortable. It's not too large it's just the right size. I like that we can place the lounge on either the right side or on the left side so it fits no matter where you place it. Good choice!

Doesn't seem sturdy if you have children.

Like the set up but am feeling the wood would not hold up. Seating for the behind looked bigger that it is.

Firm and comfortable

I was able to assemble this by myself and it is firm and comfortable. The chase part can easily detach if you want it to. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Seat cushion's aren't the best. After 1 month of use, you can see indents where you sit. Holes were drilled off on the base part. So one piece didn't fit. But was able to get a full refund because of it. Probably would never buy this product again.

Effortless order for a gorgeous sectional

I went to a local Steal-A-Sofa store with the intention of buying a sofa that I could physically sit on first. They had a really great selection and I appreciated that there were a wide range of sofa prices represented. We ended up choosing this one because it was so comfortable. We had the sofa delivered, but we put it together ourselves with ease. I'm really happy with the sofa - it's large enough to have friends over and seat 3-4 people comfortably. The ottoman comes with the sofa and is really nice as well. There are less expensive options both on the website and in store, however this sofa is worth every penny for its size and comfort.

This couch works with a lot of color schemes and is simple but not ugly. If is very comfortable and is a good size for an apartment living room.

The seat cushions slide, the sections won't stay together and the fabric is ripping at the seems. The U shaped bars they gave me to hold the sections together aren't long enough. I would not recommend this product.

This isn't about the product itself, more about the process and what happened with my purchase. I waited about 6 weeks and hadn't heard anything yet so I contacted overstock and the shipping company. After a day, I got a message that they lost a part of the couch and could order it but it would take another month to receive it. I didn't want to keep waiting so I cancelled the order. Though I was bummed about the couch, Victoria (employee) was very helpful, friendly and very professional. She got back to me when she said she would and did follow ups. Even though my first experience sucked, I'd try again thanks to their stellar customer service.
