Nice, solid wood desk. The first arrived damaged in transit; however, customer service was extremely proactive in making sure I was sent a new desk. The 2nd arrived in great condition.

Ordered as an open box special and did not receive the complete order - received one box with the legs only. Called customer service and was offered a refund only after I ship the legs back. I don’t want a refund, I want the desk, and now it’s out of stock and I must go through the inconvenience of repackaging and mailing back due to Wayfair’s mistake.

Alas, the desk top had a broken corner when it arrived (almost certainly damaged during shipping). Wayfair customer service was great and ordered a replacement right away. Unfortunately, the item is now out of stock. I called customer service again and cancelled the order and got a refund. The star rating, therefore, isn’t a reflection on the item since it was never built or used. Instead, I gave Wayfair customer service 5 stars.

This is a great working desk for my husband and it fits nicely into our home office.

Very good quality. A little shallow, but this is disclosed on the dimensions. A little tight to have a computer and also writing space. The desk itself is great quality. Very heavy

Very nice desk and the perfect size. While it seemed to be packed well, the box arrived a bit damaged and one section of the desk in the corner was dented. I’m still giving it 5 stars due to the sturdiness and design. The assembly took a little time but once you get the hang of it, it’s not that difficult. You definitely need more than one person to lift it as it’s very heavy. All in all, I’m very happy with this purchase.
