Purchased this to update our master shower, install was easy after watching the You-Tube videos. My wife and I both love the unit
Water flow is very week compared to previous one
The water pressure from this shower head is noticeably lower than my previous one. I reached out to their customer service for a potential solution before writing this review, but the lack of response is disappointing and indicates a lapse in customer service.
