Do not buy! Plastic drain that is not wide enough to pass standard plumbing codes.

This was the recommended drain through the webpage. The diameter of the pipes was too small and was flagged by our building inspector for replacement. The components are plastic and seem very flimsy.

Never Arrived. Product never arrived and they had no knowledge of it but charged me anyways.

I love matching color with my brand new tub! I couldn’t find white one anywhere else, my jacuzzi looks gorgeous! Of course, it’s very functional, too. One less thing to worry about !!

Ugly drain cover

The drain kit cover and floor plug are very ugly. Especially the overflow cover, it’s very large. So I ordered separate drain kit to fit our decor style. The plumbing porting was great though.

the overflow cover has a pretty significant gap between the cover and the tub. My tub is American standard as well so I expected this product to be compatible.

When accidentally pressed cannot close drain while water in the tub

If one of my children accidentally sits on the drain you cannot reclose the drain. Wow water is still in the tub. This is becoming a major issue for us. I wish I never purchase this product.

Overflow cover looks strange and sticks out more than expected.

Very nice tub drain. The only problem is the brass screws that hold the over flow drain were to short. So, I had to buy 2-2" brass screws to extend them through the tub to hold it it to the tub.

Fantastic with one flaw

The deep soak drain is fantastic, but the pop up assembly is the weakest piece. The rubber gasket that seals the drain, broke. Lucky for me, it was still under warranty and replaced for free. The cost to replace is almost as high as the entire drain.
