This is exactly as shown, but it's a bit large and bulky.. recommend for long and large vanity. Otherwise it takes over a space quite easily.

I purchased this free-standing hand towel holder to use in the master bath. This was my first purchase of an Allied Brass product, and I was disappointed with the quality, especially for something that costs $155 (which is a deep discount compared to buying directly from Allied Brass). My main disappointment was with the base. The thin piece of cardboard on the bottom made it wobbly. I noticed that the cardboard was shifted a bit (off-center), so in the process of gently taking it off to reposition it in the center of the base, I was surprised to find the base was a hollow cavity. As you can see in the pics, a 2.5 lb weight from Dick's Sporting Goods was used to make the base heavier. So, if you were expecting a solid brass base like I was, you'll need to look for something else. I returned it because Home Essentials Direct sent the wrong color, but even if I had been sent the right color, I would have returned it for its general lack of quality.

Very sturdy and seems to be very high quality; however it looked too big on my vanity. Regrettably I will have to return. This towel holder would look great if you have a vanity with two heights or you have a vessel sink on a vanity. Unfortunately on my vanity it just looked too large and clunky.

Beautiful if You Have a large counter

This is a beautiful, well made product. I would have preferred one slightly smaller, but could not find an Oil Rubbed Bronze one this well-made and beautiful. I actually bought an oil-rubbed bronze one from another site, but it was too small and cheap, so I returned it and bought this. If you have the space, it is perfect.
