Shattered glass

When I ordered this door, I read one review which said glass shattered after one week. I discounted that as a possibly inexperienced installer. My contractor who has worked for me for several years installed the door last weekend. When he opened and closed the door to check for smooth operation, one side shattered in a million pieces. This had never happened to him previously. I reordered the same door as I do not want to retile and redrill holes.

this shower door is built solid. The glass is thick and it glides smoothly across the rail. I like that I can hang towels on the handles

Defective Manufacturing!

This door is supposed to be made of tempered glass, but apparently it is not. This thing shattered in thousand pieces - literally- during installation. The installer was injured. Think twice before ordering.

Good quality

Good quality thick glass, slide like a breeze

It's very nice looking and my contractor said it was of average difficulty to install. The bottom guide rail isn't very deep so it does take a bit of care not to splash water out. It may be designed for a larger shower space than I have but I couldn't resist the clean lines and the height (I'm 5'9") of the entrance. So it's worth it to mop up every now and again.

Smooth Operation

This door is a great value that operates in a smooth motion that fits tight to the frame. The design of the edge seals works very well and keeps the water where it should be.

Poor quality product, sliding door does not slide easily. Very difficult to use. Lowes needs to discontinue this product

The installation instructions could use a good deal of improvement but the doors turned out beautifully and operated very smoothly.
