Valve works smoothly. Hose slides in and out easily. Reaches all corners of double sink. Fairley easy to install if you are handy with tools. Had to reposition my supply valves as they interfered with hose. Several months and all is working well.

High price, disappointing quality...

My fiance ordered this to replace a Moen faucet that is only a few yrs old but didn't match the new handles she wanted.

Love it! We are in year 3 and still love this faucet. Soap dispenser drips some and have not been able to determine why. The sprayer is powerful so adjustable setting is a nice feature. We do have an extra deep sink which helps minimize overspray. Weight for retraction sometimes gets caught on items under sink but that is my clutter more than a defect of the faucer. I mention it because you do need to leave room underneath for it to function properly. If you want a nice faucet with flexible use options, this is a great product.

We installed this faucet during a kitchen renovation in the Spring of 2011. It 's been a great faucet, although I hate the soap dispenser. I'm thinking about installing the same faucet in a home we're building. If I buy it we will not be drilling a hole for the soap dispenser. I'm surprised it is rated for 1.8 gpm because that's my only complaint: if I fill a bucket it seems to take forever, although I haven't timed it. It's a large faucet, with a high arc and the reach is really nice. It swivels completely in either direction. It's also a really pretty faucet, even 9 years later. We have no leaks. Our water isn't particularly hard.

Great design, decent quality

I chose this faucet based on the colour and design and am not disappointed in that way! The quality is not the same as my previous faucet by Delta, I find. The pull down is a bit loose and has to be put into place each time, which on my old faucet would just get back into place. Also, the soap dispenser keeps dripping after each use, so these are the reasons why I took one star off. Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase.

Oh my goodness! This faucet is just beautiful and looks absolutely striking in my kitchen! I love the sprayer that adjusts the pressure, it’s great! The only concern is the weight that snaps the sprayer back into position is not heavy enough and causes me to pull the hose underneath the faucet to bring it back in place. The good thing is it doesn’t happen too often.

faucet fair, soap dispenser a problem

We have had this faucet for close to 10 years, the faucet works fine except the strainers on the inlet lines had to be cleaned out often. i reversed the strainers, then the problem seemed ok. The soap dispenser never did work very well, after a while the bottle fitting broke so we just did not use it. Recently the cartridge started to leak and when I contacted PF they immediately sent a new cartridge and also a new soap dispenser kit. Looks like problem solved.

Poor quality. This faucet was installed in a new home which I bought four years ago. It is probably made in China with no quality control (as are many products). Last month water began spraying from the spray head connector. Poor customer service -- I reported this problem to Pfister on Sept. 10 and my warranty replacement has not been shipped as of Oct. 17. I don't know if Delta, Moen, Kohler, et.al. are better, but I will not by any more Pfister products.

Looks pretty, but terrible function!

While I will admit that the appearance of this faucet is quite nice, the functionality of it is terrible. If I could give it a negative score for quality I would. I read in previous reviews that water pressure was much less than before it was installed and I thought before I ordered it, how bad could it be? Well, immediately that question was answered, Bad! I can barely get my dish soap to foam it's so light. But, the worst of it is how the faucet head/sprayer attaches to the body of the faucet. There are 3 prongs that go inside the body of the faucet and it is next to impossible to get it in there. I have to wrestle with it every time I take the head/sprayer off. I know that it is just a matter of time before one of those prongs break. It feels very poorly made. I'm stuck with it now, I've paid to have it professionally installed and so my investment is too much to start over. I would definitely NOT recommend this faucet!

Beautiful faucet. I was a little worried I wouldn’t like that the pull-down has a mechanical connection instead of a magnet, but I LOVE it. Because of the mechanical connection, you can angle the faucet head to fill up something that isn’t directly beneath it, and it stays there. A+

[Rewarded Review] Almost perfect

We had this faucet installed about 3 wks ago as part of a full reno. I would easily give this faucet 5 stars but the as the other reviews the soap dispenser is too delicate. My husband mistook the dispenser for the water control and it broke. I called and was sent a replacement immediately. The soap does drip out a bit after use but not enough to be a bother. Also the water pressure is not as forceful as I would like it. My plumber said its because its water sense. He adjusted something and made it a bit better. It sounds like a lot going on but its not. Overall we love it. Its solid, sturdy and works perfectly with our kitchen.

Great looking!

I bought this faucet and soap dispenser in March 2015. Nice looking, and functions well. Had recent trouble with soap dispenser not dispensing soap. Called Pfister Customer Service. They provided the perfect advice to fix the problem. It was recommended that I separating the black tube shaped insert just below the pump head, run it under hot water, and then soak it in white vinegar for about 10 minutes. It worked like a charm! Customer Service, just as a precaution, is sending me a new insert. They want to be sure I am completely satisfied. Nice!

Great Pullout Faucet

I purchased the Pfister GT526-TM pullout spray faucet about a month ago, and I am very pleased with it. The stainless steel finish is soft and looks fabulous with my stainless steel appliances and cabinet hardware. The functionality of the faucet has made me an advocate for the pullout spray head, and the dock works great. Before my purchase, I did have reservations this type of faucet. Its function is perfect for all types of uses in the kitchen, and I like the design very much. The soap dispenser is metal (yeah!), however it does drip a bit after use. Otherwise, I think this particular faucet is excellent, and I was pleased to read how Pfister backs their products. That is a winning combination!

Well made but too short

Well made but way too short for a double bowl sink. There's only 7" clearance between the spout and the sink divider. Makes rinsing very messy with water splattering everywhere. The reach from the back of the sink is also miniscule. Check the measurements before purchase. If it weren't so difficult to remove, I'd have sent it back. The soap dispenser is way oversized, requiring 2 hands to use. It also drips soap after each use. On the plus side it is easy to install and looks good.

Good build, but what's up with that sprayer?

I believe the build quality is quite good -- the mechanisms feel smooth, and Pfister must have faith in their products too if they offer a lifetime warranty on the cartridge. However, the automatic-off on the sprayer diverter is baffling. I have to turn it on and press a button if I want to switch from full flow to spray.

Love the Style

This is the second time I have chosen Hanover faucets for my new home, and I still think they have the best style of any I've seen. My bath has Hanover on 8 inch centers in the lavatories, and my bath tub has the shower/tub combination. I have this kitchen faucet, although I am sorry that the kitchen faucet with separate hot and cold handles on 8 inch centers is no longer available.

The soap dispenser has been replaced twice, it tends to drip constantly in the beginning due to the design of the spout, then after a few months it quits pumping. Tried everything to get it to work, Pfister replaced it for free. The second one was different and looks like the one pictured here. It didn't leak as much but it also only lasted a few month so the last 5 years it has been a decorative item. As far as the faucet, it lasted 5 years but now it leaks at the connection from the pull down and the hose which is a metal ball that allows the pullout to pivot. Now the finish has worn on the handle. I liked the style and functionality, it just didn't hold up like I expected.

Pfabulous Pfaucet since 2007

We bought a Pfister Hanover in 2007. It has worked wonderfully - still works. The only reason we are purchasing a new one is because a leak forced us to remodel and why not get a new faucet for a new kitchen? The pros: the quality (brass and SS), the appearance, the height , the warranty. Don't worry about it looking too big. I have a small kitchen (less than 10') and it does not overpower. The cons: soap dispenser had issues, but a quick call to Pfister and a new soap dispenser arrived at our door a week later; spray head would occasionally not reset, but that is because the hose under the sink got caught on something. Overall - Lots of compliments, no complaints.

Magical Faucet

I had the world's worst faucet for many years and during a recent kitchen refresh project decided to treat myself to a nice one. This was it, after searching for days through hundreds of choices. I wanted one with brass fittings (not plastic) for durability and quality. I love the gooseneck style as it's high enough off of the sink to swing clear of my biggest pans and my mop bucket. I don't know how I ever lived without an integrated sprayer. The dual spray settings are very nice as well. It's a bit bigger than I thought it would be, but once my eyes adjusted to the new look, I couldn't be happier. I didn't install the soap dispenser and wish I could have purchased the faucet without it. Otherwise, this thing is like magic in my kitchen!
