This spout has a slot on the bottom no idea why but the old one I replaced did not have this. It is not as sturdy as the original. I paid extra so I would get the Symmons one but I should've saved money and bought one of the $9 ones. It's probably the same part. It looks good though and it does the job.
Build.com Measures Up .. Even with a Simple Spigot
Quality tub spigot that fit fine. Most important was the fact that build.com supplied detailed specifications. I saw the same item at popular box store web sites and they didn't supply specifications with enough detail to place an order with confidence. From now on, I'll deal with build.com.
