It’s a basket strainer

Built well, easy to install. Finishes the look.

Poor quality finish

I bought this basket strainer in English Bronze about eight months ago to match a Rohl Perrin and Rowe kitchen faucet. The finish on the faucet chips easily but the finish on the basket strainer is worse quality than the finish on the faucet. The basket strainer I purchased has already been replaced once because the finish deteriorated. The finish on the replacement basket strainer has deteriorated as well (see photo). I do not recommend this product.

I'm a plumber by trade. THE BRASS FLANGE THAT MEETS THE SINK IS THE THINNEST THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE ORIGINAL SPLIT AND A SECTION BROKE AWAY EXPOSING THE PUTTY UNDERNEATH. I REPLACED IT WITH THE SAME TO COLOR MATCH THE FAUCET. THE STRAINER WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT THE QUALITY IS POOR. THE ROHL FAUCETS IAM QUITE PLEASED WITH.

horrible product

this product which is made of nickel discolored within a few weeks. This is very disappointing seeing as how this is the only drain system one can use with the very expensive, exclusive ROHL farm sink. When we contacted ROHL for a replacement (possibly in chrome) they would not help in the least. They said to just polish our drain with a vinegar solution once a week!! We tried this and it did nothing. Plus who wants to polish their drains once a week. VERY unhappy with ROHL after spending over $2000 on their products.
