Very unhappy with discoloration experienced in such a short amount of time. This was installed in August and is in a powder room that is not used very often.

Missing parts

So the faucet is beautiful. But the handles didn't work. One that was supplied had small grips internally and the other that fit had more widespread teeth grips. So needless to say not all parts included were correct and not sure how to rectify this. Also they only provide 2 water supply lines and for our pedestal sink we need 4 total so you'll have to go out and purchase 2 more. Annoyed!

So, I purchased this faucet in February 2024, installed in late March. The cold tap handle had a misprint, which Kingston Brass replaced. Fine, but now I’ve been I just got home and used the bathroom where these faucets were installed. There is brown pitting on all three fittings. Since the house has been under the watch of my 30-y.o. son, I can pretty much guarantee there was no cleaning whatsoever going on, let alone the use of cleaning chemicals the directions tell you not to use. Not even 4 months of minor use and this is the quality of wear! It’s shameful!

I did not remove the existing mirror in my bathroom that has two built-in cabinets. I had only so much space to add a faucet so that the mirror cabinets could open. These are the perfect fit, and they are absolutely gorgeous.

A beautiful faucet. Seems heavy duty and high quality. Have not yet installed into our bathroom (still under renovation), but seems like a great product, exactly what we expected.

Amazing look- quality product. The install was not the easiest, and directions btwn drain assemblyfaucet crossed over- made it somewhat cumbersome for a novice like myself. Ultimately, it was installed and looks great! Have since purchase many other items from this makercompany.

Yes, yes, yes!! They're not too gold, and not too 80s brass. They match our claw foot tub's Victorian style tub-filler perfectly; gold with the little porcelain "hot" and "cold" signs. The tub steals the show, but these faucets bring the whole room together.

I really love my brass polished bathroom faucet. It's very classy looking. We search for just the right faucet for my crystal and red bathroom. When we found this beauty we were so thrilled. Once it had been installed we were even more thrilled. This is a great product.

Pretty but careful when cleaning!

I ordered two sets of these for our master Bath about a year ago. They were professionally installed. Both sink stoppers have lost all their paint finish and are now silver. The spigots and handles are holding up well. They look pretty good, but I am very careful how I clean them. No abrasives or harsh chemicals. The tops of the handles have a C or H on them for hot and cold(duh), but strangely, they are attached as separate pieces and are held by a rubber plug. I haven't had any problem with them coming loose yet, but if they were in a kid's bathroom, I'll bet they would feel the rubber and pull them off, either losing them or even choking on them? I feel the handles should be a solid piece, or at least be attached via screw on or something that isn't easily pulled off.
