I have opened the box and the product is as described - the price was excellent for the quality - I have not had it installed yet but it appears to work fine when plugged in to test - I am going to have it hardwired.

Love this towel heater. Great clean look, quality product.

Warmed up in a few minutes perfect size for my small bathroom. I live in the mountains and am looking forward to having a nice warm towel waiting for me after showering. I'm sure my guests will appreciate the extra warmth as well.

Excellent product

This item has a great warming heating system on the towels, it heats on the spot of the towel that you place onto the bar rack, it has a clicker on the top right hand side that lights up red when on. You can plug it into a socket. It blinks for when shutting off by itself. You can do either one you choose for your leisure.
