The good bad and the ugley

The pulls that I purchased were very good. I purchased 2 and then 6 more to finish my closet. All of that you would get a five. A month after I ordered the pulls 2 more arrived. I tryed to work with customer service but that was hopeless. you put me on hold and just left me. After 20 minutes I gave up. I now have 2 handles that I do not need and no way to deal with your company for the return. so I give you a 0 on this situation and a 5 on the merchandise.

Excellent Quality

I recently remodeled our kitchen and saw these pulls at a local lumber yard. I decided to purchase them online as it was less expensive. Excellent quality, my only remark would be they should have come with longer screws to secure them. I had to countersink the screws about 1/2 to use the screws they supplied. I could not find longer screws. These pulls were put on Kraftmaid cabinets who use a drawer front attached to a drawer box making it necessary to use much longer screws which I could not find.
