The unit is great. However, understanding this is commercial foodservice equipment, I'm guessing most customers of this product would still expect it to include all the hardware and instructions. The upper shelves had no instructions at all. They and the drawer required figuring out the correct tap screws to purchase and later a second trip to hardware to purchase a stainless steel drill bit to pre-drill holes. Some warning of this would have been nice, both in directions and the website as self-tapping doesn't sound like you need a specialty drill bit or any drilling at all. Be sure to get the drawer positioned behind the lip, I wish mine were more hidden underneath the counter as it impedes your view of the lower shelf. We tried to adjust it later and weren't too successful without removing the tap screws and re-doing it. Don't attempt to do this without the correct bit and a lot of muscle. I hired a handyman to do it, which added to its cost. But in the end I like the unit. I'd give it 4.5 stars if these problems were solved.
