Overpriced but Underwhelming

I hate everything about this overpriced, underwhelming pillow. The listing says medium support. The packaging says soft/medium. I would not call this medium by any stretch of the imagination- I can press my hand right through the center and feel the bones of my fingers on the other end! It's supposed to offer dual support but the the tufted pockets barely have any filling in them. This pillow is sooooo flat! and barely has any stuffing in it at all. Also who cares what the thread cound is when the cover is nylon? That doesn't allow air or heat to go through which is why they use that material for windbreakers....and it will make your head sweat. Out of the package, this looks like a 4-5 year old pillow that has already lived its best days. I was hoping for luxury and a cloud like supportive pillow, but what I got was a sloshy nylon bag with a few clumps of some kind of filling. These are going back asap. What a waste of my time.

Love this pillow. The squares on one side and solid on the other offer flexibility to fine tune your sleeping experience. I love the squares; they make resting my head so much more comfortable. Machine washable is an added plus.

Charisma Luxe down alternative pillow

I have been looking all my life for pillows like these. Please let them stand the test if time, so comfy first use.

love this pillow it is so soft -- the only slight downside is i would like it just a touch firmmer in the middle

Oh wow!! I have ordered several pillows lately and they all were returned except these ones!! I ordered 2 sets for me and my mom. Great pillow very fluffy and hold their shape! Nice gusset! Will buy again and recommend!!

Charisma Luxe Down Alternative Gel Pillows

Charisma Gel Pillows are so soft and sink in comfortable! I love the pillows and highly recommend them. They feel luxurious and plush are great for sleeping without the need to plump.

Charisma Luxe Down Alternative Gel Filled Chamber pillows (2 pack). These were a splurge for me price wise and I am so glad I did. Comfortable, soft and supportive. If you are thinking of a pillow upgrade then these are the ones.

These are very comfortable, thick, generous pillows. They hold up very well after extended use. The chambers took a little getting used to.

No support at all. Your head will sink down all the way to the mattress.

I love these pillows. I am very sensitive to allergens and I have had no issues with these pillows. I also love that this pillow has the quilted bits to the filling does not shift around
