Love the dining set. Perfect

Love the dining set. Perfect for our front porch, it is well built, attractive and appears virtually indestructible. I was so satisfied with the set I ordered four Modern Adirondack chairs for the outside deck. They are perfect as well. Shipments arrived quickly and the required assembly was simple. Table is heavy and might require a little help to assemble and move about. One box arrived a bit damaged, and a piece was missing from a chair, but Polywood sent a replacement within a day or two. Can't be more positive about the Polywood products or their professionalism and responsiveness.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful, Weatherproof Patio Set

This item was shipped to my residence. It was on a pallet and packed well. Once I unpacked it, I discovered that all the chairs were put together. That was very nice. All I had to install were the armrest. The table was extremely easy to put together also. This set is also very heavy. The table top was steel reinforced from the bottom. Beautiful look. It will last for many years. Weatherproof. This is definitely not cheaply made.

This should never be sold as outdoor furniture

The grooves that are present on this white table make it absolutely impossible to clean. Soapy water and a brush is the recommended method to clean it. That doesn’t come even close to cleaning it. It is absolutely impossible to clean. We have tried every sort of rag, sponge, and brush out there. You cannot even get it clean with a pressure washer . We have had it for years now but it was only looking nice for the first month or so. Customer service has not been helpful as we have filed complaints several times within the first year and every now and then, just because I get so incredibly frustrated trying to make it look clean.

Perfection process and quality

We purchase this set in August of 2024. We knew it would take a little bit to arrive but we only waited about a month for it to arrive. All the parts and hardware were there and it didn’t take long to build the table and add arms to two of the chairs. Great quality and zero marks, scratches, cracks or defects. Were we worried based on other reviews? Yes!! We decided to purchase anyway. Best decision we made. Great quality!!

I love the Polywood dining set; perfect for our backyard pool area! The vendor used for white glove delivery did not meet my expectations though. They did not install the arms on the arm chairs but I called Wayfair and they immediately got Polywood to ship the arms to us. The vendor also did not complete putting the table together. As soon as my husband and I tried to move the table just a little, it collapsed. So my husband correctly reassembled it.

The lakeside 7-piece patio dining set is worth every penny! The chairs come already assembled besides the arm rests of the two end chairs. The arm rests are very easy to install, took 5 minutes per chair. The table does take some assembly to add the legs, but the entire top is pre-assembled which is super handy. One thing I really liked is the warranty and the ability to easily clean. There is an umbrella hole in the middle, which is perfect for an area in the sun. The chairs are comfy and sit nicely. Overall a really great quality set, easily cleans, comfy & a great warranty.

Good quality, high value.

We are really happy with this set. We've previously purchased a porch swing and a rocker, so we more or less knew what we were getting into. We appreciate the sustainability, durability, and overall design. The material can be a little slick, so something to keep in mind with kids. The table has a tendency to slide easily, and that also includes stuff on top of the table. Don't think this is a show stopper, but it's certainly something we noticed.

Love the Farmhouse dining set! The one I purchased came with 6 chairs, 2 with arms. Chairs already assembled except for adding the arms on the 2 chairs. It’s a composite table, very sturdy. The table and chairs do get hot in the sun but not as bad as the metal one it’s replacing. I’m also considering ordering 2 more chairs as the table can handle it. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend it.
