Beware of customer service and shady return policies. They charge PER ITEM to return, even when you place an order for multiple items at the same time. So I’m stuck spending 10 per pillowcase just to recoup some of my money. Won’t shop here again.

I realize it’s not a real velvet, but it’s not even velvet like it’s more like a crushed velvet, looks and feels cheap. In addition, I ordered black, and it looks blue next to anything black.

I think these pillows are awesome! Soft and full and the little dingle balls are precious. But they didn’t look right on my couch so sadly I’m returning them. But they are very cute and nice.

Needs more fluff

I purchased two pink 22” pillow covers with inserts. They arrive vacuum packed flat, but a quick wash on the covers removed creases and wrinkles. The pink color is a pretty bubblegum pink. Be careful with the hidden zipper because it catches the pompoms. The pillow inserts seem small and underfilled, and makes the pillows look sad and floppy. I’ll add more fiberfill to the inserts, or add another insert to each pillow cover.
