Soon to Buy
While I have not yet purchased this, I will be buying two soon. One thing I wish it had; double zippers. This would allow opening the top portion, while keeping the bottom closed. Vermin! Seems to be exactly the style of thing I will need as a newbie gardener with grow bags. Please comment with any advice. Thanks.
Loved it!
Loved this! I left it up all summer even though I had only intended using it during Spring. I fit my whole container garden in it of 10 containers of all sizes. It was great to keep critters out, protected my plants during a late frost and severe storms, and I didn't have to water as much. I had to make sure I opened the sides early in the morning because it does get hot inside after some sun shines on it. I left the sides open once summer temps hit. It looks as good as the day I put it up after a whole Spring and Summer of use.
Updated review
I wrote glowing remarks when I first received this product. It was easy to put together. But then about 1 week after I put it up on my deck, I noticed the middle bar had a dent in it, the two plastic pieces cracked. I was going to return it but there are not many choices out there so I used duck tape to repair the cracked pieces. It still works but I am bit unhappy with how quickly it broke. (No storms, no windy conditions, just broke).
I Kinda Love This mini greenhouse
I'm in the desert, so approaching fall, the 80s-90s are a different kind of hot. I bought this greenhouse in an attempt to save my fall mums from the heat. I was able to fit 17 varying sized planted & potted plants under this greenhouse. It's set up in my front yard and doesn't look too bad. I don't know if it'll protect from the frost and freeze but I'll add extra covering on top. It can't handle the fast desert winds even with the stakes I used. I do wish the back side opened for easy watering
Definitely recommend
This was easy to set up by myself. Finding a relatively level spot was the bigger challenge. The size of this is quite generous and it provides better function than anything else I’ve seen in this price point. The zippers are surprisingly sturdy and smooth. I will probably replace some of the ties with Velcro in the future.
I'm ready for you Jack Frost!
For the money, this is perfect to protect my porch plants for the oncoming Frost. Living in the south, we have mild winters but this year I'm putting the plastic rolls away and zipping them up. Its a good size, easy to put together. Pro tip, count all your pieces before assembly. I worked top to bottom. Pieces are labeled. Simple pictograph instruction sheet. The netted plastic seems durable enough to protect from Frost or chill. I can put my little space heater inside and run on low if I needed to. Good purchase
Works far better than my expectations!!
I hadn't set it up when I first got it as we were in full spring/summer mode and my plants, fruits and vegetables all take full sun. However, when there was the threat of a frost after planting for the first time this year (2021) We put this up and put the plants that needed protecting in it and it worked wonderfully. It will have a permanent place very soon as we keep moving it to see what is the best place for this item. It's not small by any stretch of the imagination nor is it extremely huge that it's not manageable. I love that the panels each unzip to allow access to just what you want leaving the rest protected. The material is durable and so far no rips or tears. I love this greenhouse kit and I'm sure you will too...
5 Stars
This is a great cover for your existing small garden. Or a portion of a larger one for more temperature sensitive plants. Goes together super easy, I actually did it with one hand, because of shoulder surgery. I've had several taller, small greenhouse like this one, but never seen anything like this one. I love it! I would highly recommend it. I did add tent stakes around the base to keep it from flying away in a strong wind. It would be nice if it had more ties attached to the inside, for the cover to hold it to the frame. I used a few bricks. I hope it holds up for a long time. It has 3 separate zipper door that make accessibility to inside easy. I will be using this in early spring next year to get my garden a jump start.
Super happy with these!
Great quality plastic, sturdier than I thought that they would be.? We bought 2 of these in place of one taller one with shelving.? We plant in deep rectangular planters, and 3-4 of these fit into each greenhouse.? I planted my starts, and the nights are still very cold here, but the little plants are doing very well, and won't need to be transplanted.? In a taller version with the shelves, the starts would have needed to be transplanted into larger containers as they grew too tall for the shelves.? The 3ft. height is more than enough room for the plants to enjoy warmer nights until late May/early June, when the greenhouses can be put away for next spring!? I'm thrilled with them!

You need this greenhouse!
This was easy to put together. Metal poles, heavy plastic couplings and the cover seems surprisingly thick and sturdy. The directions are simple and It is light weight and easy to carry from one area to another. The cover has long edges that lie on the ground So you can put bricks or sand bags to hold the entire portable plant greenhouse in place. The only negative is I wish there were more ties to attach the cover to the frame. The amount of air flow can be adjusted through the zippered openings and there are ties to keep them in place. The size is useful and can be placed on pavers or bricks for taller trees/plants. So glad I bought two initially and look forward to purchasing more.
Beware the wind!
I loved this little greenhouse and set it up to kickstart my growing season, but alas, it blew away. I would HIGHLY recommend that if your location gets wind over 15 mph you buy some 24" rebar, pound it into the ground and zip-tie the frame to the rebar, then put bricks around the edges to keep the wind out. I did this to my other little temp greenhouse and it's still here and it is a flimsier frame. Oh, and i even put PVC hoops w/rebar over it to keep it from blowing away but it wasn't enough. The up side is, that at 24mph winds the whole thing lifted off and blew out of sight without leaving a trace of the frame...so yea the frame is fairly sturdy and the plastic cover is sturdy too. The greenhouse gets really hot inside and needs to be vented so as not to fry your plants. outside temp (and wind) 35f, inside greenhouse 90f. Hope this is helpful, going for a drive to see if the greenhouse is somewhere down the street or in the harbor.
Excellent space a good price.
A little light weight, but I took care of that by using the sides of my plant stands as 'weights' to hold it down.? Small sandbags would work too.? I bought a smaller one at first, then saw this one with two more feet.? I'm glad I got this one.? Could probably use a little more sun blocking to the tarp or at least give you an option to buy one with more shading to it.? And some of those ties only have one string to it.? Otherwise, the pros for this little greenhouse are many. The zippered access makes it easy to get in and out of it, cover it more when you need to and the size is perfect for my patio.? I had to put the instructions aside and just use common sense on those connectors.
perfect for my application/use
I bought these 9' and 6' short green houses to cover my succelents when the rains start in the fall so I do not have to move the containers into my larger permant greenhouse. In the spring after the last frost I remove them for the summer. Frankly they are "perfect" for my application. These little green houses are easy to zip open on nice days and short enough to not block the view of plants behind the succulent garden. I initially was going to build my own greenhouses however when I found these for sale I realized I could not build these quality structures that would be this quality and this light and easy to take down each fall. I store them in the original box they were shipped in when they are not being used. I expect to get several years use with each greenhouse before it needs replaced and at my age of 72 they might just outlive me. Good product.
Green home
Took me a moment to follow through but it's pretty much self explanatory to put together. My biggest recommendation is that if you don't plan on taking it apart for a while or till storm season. U need to get gorilla tape n put some extra support on the pipes. They snap in n get loose in strong wind.I figured out a way to add more sturdiness n support against wind by using those cloth planters with handles and tying ropes or cords from the handles to closest pipes. Like Florida crazy weather doesn't even budge it. Just one more heads up. The plants will love it and the snakes will definitely move in to lol i find a garden snake almost every morning curled up between them planters. Not a snake person Add some LED's or just tap the sides or become best friends cuz nobody is stealing from your garden cuz you learned to accept your guard snake n enjoy your decorative vegetables lol
