Great under counter lamp-easy to install

Not as bright as I thought, they would be about the same as my existing lights

Excellent light. Three US same model number but one have different screw and screw placement. Keeping them 1 inch from the wall avoided the complaints found online.

Hard to install

This was hard to install under a cabinet. We thought there would be a template, but there wasn’t. I would not purchase again. Once it was installed, it looked ok.

No installation instructions

The light itself looks nice and feels sturdy, but no instructions was big a frustration. I started looking for lighting on other websites because I have found instructions in product description in the past. Since I had to do this searching I found a different product I would prefer to order.

Love these under the cabinet light. They have changed my life. Also purchased some for my closets. I can see everything so much better. Great purchase.

Misleading Review

The other customer probably bought an open package from I received fixture complete with hardware kit and cords included. The cords with the connectors matched perfectly. The fixture is not dimmable you can not use a dimmer. It comes with a low an high switch to control the intensity

The Review that states that the fixture came with two different color lamps is not true, since this fixtures do not use tube lamps. They use a single LED module with an even color temperature. This is one of the best LED Undercabinet fixtures in the market it has two light settings low and high and a glass lens that diffuses the light evenly and do not create spots on your counters.

Acceptable but could be better

This 2 lamp fixture came with one cool white and one warm light tube. Difficult to assemble.

Reason for a four-star rating vs five-star is the leads (for hardwiring) inside the light should be long enough to reach other side of the light if using the far bump out hole to connect to house wiring, had to pigtail to connect light wiring to house wiring. Does a great job at illuminating the counter. Love that can easily switch to bright or dim with built in switch. Easy to hang. Would have been nice if bit more directions and template were included but muddled through with ease after making own template.

This model comes with a linking cable, to connect a string of up to ten lights.

The most impressive thing about this light is not mentioned in the product description. The light comes with two cords. One cord (6 ft) has a standard two-prong plug for the wall, and plugs into the light nearest the switch. The other cord (18") plugs into the other end of the light, and is used to link up a second light. Up to 10 lights can be "daisy chained" in this manner.

The 42 inch under cabinet Amax LED light was relatively easy to install, but you're better off with a helper to hold it because it's so long. These lights provide clean, white, even light that turns on immediately, a big improvement over our old fluorescent lights. For hardwiring, the internal wires have snap-in connectors, but screw on connectors are also provided if you need them, and there's also a romex clamp (not sure what this is called). It has four punch outs on the back, so one of them should reach your romex, but the punch out was a little hard to punch through. If wiring near an end punch out, the ground screw is in the middle, so the ground wire doesn't reach it, but no problem; I connected the ground wire to a screw attaching the cover. If you're not hardwiring, the lights each come with a long cord to plug into a wall outlet and also a short cord to connect two lights together. Each light has a high/low/off switch. All you need is your tools, no additional materials.

Love these lights. They are bright and long enough for our under the cabinets in our kitchen. They plug in and I didn’t realize they weren’t for hard wiring ready but my man is an electrical worker so he had no problem converting them. Highly recommend!

I installed four of these fixtures to replace the XENON bulbs and fixtures that had disintegrated from there own heat.

Good lights, but had to modify connectors

Lights work well and are nice and bright. But for my application, I needed the lights to link from 2 opposite directions and the supplied plug connector did not allow the wire to be connected from the left side of the fixture. I had to modify the connector by cutting off the locking clip on that side. Other than that, looks great!
