The quality was below my expectations, and holding the cup feels awkward.

Great product at a reasonable price and a big range to choose from. Delivery was very quick and all the mugs were well wrapped and arrived undamaged.

Sales delivery information not updated on website and emails

It says on the website delivery in 2-3 days and on the auto response email 1-2 days for delivery. Then no updates that the delivery was going to be a week ..had to chase them a couple of times as I had a flight booked and was going to take the items abroad but not even an apology ..more of a why are you bringing this matter up …

Not quite what I was expecting. Rims too thick and cups unattractive with large handles. Like the floral designs, already have a few pieces. Quality and value for money good if the product suited. Peters refunded money, no pry. Great service

a very reliable product stands dish washer action. would prefer thinner handles on the mugs as the earlier mugs we had carried slimmer handles.

Superb set of mugs that look good, feel good and hold a decent sized cuppa

Timeless style

Bought these to fill in missing pieces. Wish the song-bird mugs were still available - loved those for the variety it added! We'd have purchased Pomona for the variety - but saw it too late. The website is a bit awkward and we made many searches to find what was available in the mug/tankard shape - each time seeing something different.

I have loved these mugs for years and bought them to replace ones that have broken. I would have liked to get a replacement daisy mug.
