Awful tree!

This tree is awful! It does not look like the description at all. It does not look to be 6 1/2 feet, it is not full looking, there are open areas, even after fluffing. Very disappointing, considering the price!

One of the best purchases I’ve made! It’s a great size, easy to assemble, and the lights are my favorite! I bought this tree because we were running out of room for ornaments and we have very high ceilings. This works perfectly in our space.

Christmas tree

The tree was very weak ,the branches were flimsy, and I had to put a cable in order for the ornaments to stay on. It was a pretty disappointing product and I would like to return it.

Pretty expensive tree to only light up completely for the first year, half of the tree would light up for the second year, and today I set it up and NO LIGHTS WORK. We are not all made of money. When you invest in something you think is a well-made item and have it fail, that is extremely upsetting. Buyer beware.

This tree is a piece of garbage. There aren’t enough branches and it doesn’t look anything like the photo. The lights aren’t wrapped on the branches, instead it’s on the top. Cords are tape together, seems like a major fire hazard. Save your time and money.

What a great looking tree! The color is a very deep green (just what we wanted), the branches are very full and easily arranged for a perfect tree shape. The lights are nicely, evenly distributed throughout the tree. We are super happy with this tree!

Pathetic

I purchased the tree after Christmas and saved it for this year. I took it out and almost fell over, I have seen better looking trees in a dollar store! Extremely over priced for the quality of this tree, and definitely not 6.5 feet . Best Part I can’t even return it because the window closed!! Good Job Macy’s

Beautiful

I purchased this Black tree because I wanted something different. Once I decorated it for Christmas it was absolutely beautiful. The tree base is not the best but if you make a couple adjustments it'll work fine. I wish I could upload a picture to show how beautiful the tree turned out.

We are extremely happy with this tree! For the price, it is the best we could have hoped for! Marked it down one star because the picture made it look like the tree was black in color, and many of the reviews talk about a black tree that could be used for Halloween andor Christmas, but what arrived was a green tree. We really are extremely happy with it, but I don’t think it was what was ordered and with it already being December we chose to build the tree and be thankful for what we have. Merry Christmas to all!

Not as full or bright

I purchased this tree Jan, 2021 and thankfully I'm here to put up for this holiday season. The tree is definitely not as full and lights are sparse and not very bright. I spent at least 45mins spreading out limbs, but still had empty spaces. I've subsidized by adding a lot of decorations to hide the empty spaces, but didn't add additional lights and should have. So so glad I paid end of season price otherwise would be so upset. I wanted to post a picture, but guess you can't do that on this site.

Love this all black artificial tree which I am using as a Halloween tree this year. Looks great it my living room. Like all artificial trees, it took a few hours to assemble and fluff out all the tips. I do wish it had been available with orange rather than white lights, but that doesn't detract from its beauty. I've only begun decorating it, but have included a picture of what it looks like so far.

As Expected

I wanted a black Christmas tree and this was perfect. True black in color and pretty full on the top and middle tiers; white lights are really white and not with an amber hue like in the photos online. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is that I think the bottom tier could’ve been fuller.

Easy set up! Looks great!

Bought this tree earlier in the year as a secondary tree, but just set up today for the holidays. We're very pleased with it. Setting up a tree is usually a nightmare with twisted lights etc. This one has easy to manage sections and the lights connect automatically. My husband said order another and give away our $$ Frontgate tree! Only thing: there's about a 18" gap between tree and floor - which I guess could be covered with gifts... Wobbly

The pictures look beautiful but once put up this tree isn’t nearly as full as it appeared in pictures. While separating the limbs per the instructions the tree was so wobbly i felt like the top section could fall off at any moment. The large tree sections do not fit together well even after using all parts! This was very disappointing considering the price and pictures advertised! We returned.

Macys really missed the mark on this product

The tree that arrived was not what is pictured. It is cheap looking! I bought after Christmas for next year thinking with the original price listed I was getting a good deal from a top retailer. Boy, was I wrong! I think Macy's way overpriced this item.

[Rewarded Review] Horrible

This product is nothing like it was in the pictures. I paid too much for a tree that is just horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Bald spots of no lights all over and it is not as full as it is supposed to be. I regret buying it and having to pay what I did for it. Don't buy it!!! Can't even post the pictures I took. Very, very disappointed.

Nice tree but mine missed the quality control inspection

This is my 4th pre-lit tree but my first from National Tree. It's actually a very nice tree. Very realisitc looking and full if you take the time to carefully fluff the branches Unfortunately I received the defective one that missed a quality control inspection as the person stringing lights to the top section of the tree was either clueless or thought running the lights primarily up the inside of the trunk instead of in the branches was a good time saving idea. For me this means branch sections where there is only one light or what I can pull over from another branch section but doing that leaves gaps where the branches can't be fluffed properly. The only solution is to purchase a string of lights for the top of the tree which I wasn't expecting and don't have on hand so I'm not thrilled with the added expense or inconvenience. So if you are buying this particular tree, in the multi color lights, having a set of lights on-hand might be a good idea.

Our tree arrived yesterday as stated it would. I was able to put it up myself- 7 ft. tree-and it is absolutely beautiful! I know one review stated it was sparse??? Not mine. You just have to work with the branches and it is full. My husband and I are both very happy with the tree. I may get three strings of multi color lights to add to the tree as it is in a corner and I think that will really make it 'shine'. The hinged branches made putting it up so easy. Again, we are really happy with our purchase and would recommend to anyone.

Positive: Some of the reviews state that the tree is actually green, but the one I received is black. It does not look green at all. Negative: The strand of lights on the bottom section of the tree was missing the connector to plug in the strand of lights on the top section of the tree. We were super confused and spent a great deal of time looking for it (after I had already set it up). I am keeping this tree, because I don't feel like dealing with returning or exchanging it. I did call Overstock to let them know, and they issued me a partial refund on my card. Additionally, the tree shed a bit when I positioned the branches. I think this is interesting, as I did not realize that fake trees lose their needles. Aside from these two happy mistakes, I did not find anything else problematic. (Please excuse our son's Paw Patrol table in the picture. The tree is sitting there for now.) Overall: I would recommend this product to purchasers, however, check carefully before you set it up to make sure the light strands connect!
