Serves its purpose but wouldn’t buy again

Tree isn’t as full as the picture. Branches had already fallen off when we took it out of the box.

Easy to install and put away. Beautiful lights and quality tree. We love it!

Poorly made

This tree is poorly made. It has an extension cord running in it for the lights to all connect. Returning this tree. For $200 plus I would think it could be better made.

Dissatisfaction with product

Product was defective and kohl’s did nothing to help and wanted me to purchase a second one before I could return it. Had more success with the tree company

Beautiful tree

This is by far the best artificial tree I’ve ever had! Yes it took about an hour to “fluff” the branches but the effort was worth it.

The tree is beautiful! Great quality for the price. Lights are evenly strung throughout and it is a very full, nice looking tree. Assembly was easy with pieces clearly identified and cords easy to locate, join and plug in.

Not as pictured

Disappointed with the lack of fullness to the tree. The lower layer is set a lot higher then pictured. Found the same tree less expensive at another store regular retailed price

Full and colorful!

Beautiful tree. I was nervous at first, there seemed to be a lot of space between the branches when I first put it together. Much to my great surprise, there were plenty of twigs on each branch to make the tree look full and beautiful. Easy to set up and faster than expected shipping made our day!

Beautiful!

It's beautiful. Came a day early. Easy setup even though this tree is 2 feet taller than I am. When branches are fluffed there are no bald spots. I just need to buy more ornaments now!

I love this beautiful Christmas tree. It’s very realistic looking. It was very easy to assemble also. It looks gorgeous when lit at night. I would definitely recommend it.

Love!! Got so many compliments on this. A few bulbs were already burned out and had to be replaced. There seems to be an imbalance of color as it looks heavy on the oranges, but after it was decorated, it didn't matter. I've had to add extra strings of lights to past trees, but not this time. Great for the price!

Perfect Fit!

Perfect little tree! I just wanted a little something for my basement and the 4.5 ft tree was the right choice. It doesn't look bare, nice lights, and it's an easy 1,2,3 set up. Highly recommend for someone looking

Pre-Lit doesn't light up all bulbs

Three easy to assemble sections. Not as realistic as I would have liked, really bare in the center. One of the strings of lights in the bottom section won't light up. Troubleshooting is very hard. Return process online is extremely difficult.

7.5 Ft Artificial tree

First artificial tree that I ever had! To tall, but that was what I ordered...my bad. It arrived on time, packaging was good, however, I do think that the box was previously opened and then re-sealed. The very top of the tree didn't match the other two sections, it really wasn't that much of an issue. . Gave the tree away. Will buy the next Christmas tree from Home Depot again, but "in store" purchase only.

GRANDMA SANTA

i had a really hard time putting the tree together. I mean the directions were very easy to follow, but my sweet Robert (my hubby passed away last November and he ALWAYS did all of the decorating), But the tree is beautiful and I enlisted the services of my three year old granddaughter and my 13 year old granddaughter and we had a ball. It's a beautiful tree and I don't have to get one NEXT year. OVERSTOCK, you made Christmas a little easier to bear. Thanks so much.

Nothing like picture

I ended up returning this tree. No matter how much I fluffed out the leaves, there were so many gaps. The lights were so poorly attached that I would have rather remove them and add my own. The stand was already broken when it arrived. I knew this tree wouldn't let more than a couple years. Definitely a disappointment.

Nice Size Tree

I really like this tree overall nice large size and a lot better quality than a walmart tree. I actually bought the $100 one from Walmart and returned it for this one. It's not hard to setup since it comes in only 3 tree pieces with tree stand and screws. I'm a little above average height female and I put it together by myself. The only Cons some small holes with no branches and it sits a little lower than most trees.

I got the 9 foot tree, and I am only 5 feet tall, but I was able to assemble this myself by using a small ladder. It comes n 4 managable sections and the lighting for the separate sections were easy to find and connect. The color is a deep green which I love and reminds me of a typical christmas tree. My only wish was that it had more lights ( I got the clear). esp. at the base. It is a very full tree and the lights look a little sparse at the bottom. You can easily add your own string of lights at the bottom like I did to remedy that problem. Overall it is a beautiful tree if you want a BIG, FULL tree that will make a statement.
