Extremely Poor Customer Support
I purchased this bundle & Paid just under $250 & had to wait 2 weeks. Received it literally 1 day ago. Everything was perfectly packaged & I was excited to get to use my new toys. Unfortunately, the imode was extremely slow to respond, would stick & would need to press the top button down HARD 2-3 times to switch modes. I contacted Customer Support & their solution... Since it was ordered within 30 days, contact the retailer, send it back & get a replacement. WOW, $200+ top of the line hand immersion blender package & you won't even send a replacement. Sorry, not spending that kind of money & waiting a month for a company that doesn't stand behind a product. I was expecting them to either send a replacement blender & have a return box, but nope, they don't stand behind their product. I am sending it back, getting a refund & going with another competitor such as Kitchenaid as Braun doesn't seem to care about their customers.
I liked this brand in past, and was happy to find it now made not in China and marked more powerfull than average. But in a couple months after I bought it one day it stopped to work (using chopper then). All lights were on in same time and flashing. It started to work in a while. But got weak, I feel the power of the appliance is partually lost after that! Unhappy ((
Very happy with Multiquick 9
This is the second Multiquick 9 I have had. The last one was over 15 years old and I didn't hesitate to buy another one. It has a better designed lid on the large bowl and the blades are better designed and easier to clean. Most parts, except for motors, go into the dishwasher.
Good blender but frustrating to use - returned
This blender felt well built, had lots of power to blend things with its 700w motor, and came with lots of accessories. I was pleasantly surprised with the potato masher accessory and how well it worked to make creamier than by hand mashed potatoes. The blending arm itself was solid, well built and had no trouble making smoothies in the included beaker or pureeing potato/tomato/broccoli/etc soups.
This is a great product! The only downside is the Masher, which is plastic and heated plastic is not conducive to optimal health ( had this been replaced with a non-plastic attachment I would have given it a 5 star). Braun's MultiQuick 9 newer version has replaced this with another attachment, but Wayfair did not have this newer set available.
Very good, very happy!
I had a similar version of this in the UK - when I moved to Canada I bought the same brand & upgraded myself a little. I really love all the attachments (the masher is so nice - I use this more then I thought I would!).
Poor instruction manual. Safety lock prevents use
The instruction manual is random AI generated photos that many times are not related.
I think that you don't know how to pack boxes at Wayfair. The box was not filled with enough filler and thus was crushed when stacked. As you can see the BRAUN box was crushed. Fortunately BRAUN knows how to pack its product. All of the components in the BRAUN box were intact and free from blemishes except for the User Manual, which was slightly crumpled. 5 STARS for BRAUN. 1 STAR for WAYFAIR.
Poor quality and customer service
I have this set for 4 years now and I used hand blender maybe few times a month only and food processor like few times a year. It being few months already like my hand blender start weirder noise and smell, looks also like power is getting down. The plastic part on the knife from food processor is all cracked, after I connected customer service I was told that warranty is 3 years and I can purchase separate motor for 90$! I heard Braun is a brand for years and how disappointed I am now. I better to spend this 90$ for other Brand with more reliability customers service and warranty policy. Would not recommend.
Hate the lock feature
I got this a couple years ago to replace my old Ninja that the cups had all kept melting in the dishwasher. Overall I like it and it has all the accessories I wanted, but I find the "safety" lock to be obnoxious. It relocks after only a few seconds after letting off the speed button which makes pulse blending a pain. I'd almost consider downgrading to an older model just to not have the lock. If there is a way to disable that feature it would make me change my review to five stars.
I was very impressed with the features. Especially the non-splatter and the vortex that would pull and suck to the bottom is nonexistent.
[Rewarded Review] Very Versatile
I never knew I needed this in my life. I have had a basic immersion blender for years and never knew what to do with it. I got this one for all of the attachments and have found uses for every attachment. I do wish the manual had more suggestions on what to do with the attachments to give a better-rounded picture of the versatility of this tool and each of the attachments. I used it to make smoothies and while there were still a few little chunks of ice, overall, it made a very smooth drink that could rival what I typically make in a blender. The masher does make it a bit difficult to tell exactly what has been mashed and what needs to be mashed but when you can get it everything comes out super smooth. The whisk has been able to handle everything I have tried it with, from making whipped cream to mixing thick brownie batter. Due to the small diameter of the provided container that I use to make whipped cream it does make it a bit more difficult to tell when it is done, and you can easily over whip the cream if you aren’t careful. It is small and easy to pull out for quick jobs and with easy clean up because most of it is dishwasher safe, I find myself using it a couple times a week. My only annoyance with it is the locking feature. It locks immediately when you release the power button, and you have to unlock it and hit the power again pretty quickly or it will lock again.
[Rewarded Review] This is the do-all device
I was at first a little intimidated when I unpackaged this. There are a lot of attachments and it seemed like too much to figure out. The directions explain everything clearly and it quickly became a favorite appliance in my kitchen. I have used it to make things from salsa, to whipped cream, pancakes, soups and even mashed potatoes. You can feel the durability in this when you are using it, it’s a heavy handpiece and the 700 watts really gets the job done. Everything is easy to attach and detach with the click of a button. My favorite part is the 8 cup food processor. I can dice, slice or shred and it makes my dinner prep immensely easier and faster not having to chop veggies by hand. There is also a speed option so you aren't stuck with just one setting. My mashed potatoes came out so smooth when i used the attachment and everything is so easy to take apart and clean. My batters come out smooth and without lumps when using the whisking attachment. The veggies are chopped pretty evenly to size. I do wish everything came in a storage box as there are a lot of pieces and I have a small kitchen, making it harder to organize and store the pieces. But this device came with quite literally every attachment i could think of, making it the do all appliance in my kitchen, and the one I most often use to make my food prep and cooking quicker, easier and convenient. I feel like this is a kitchen device anyone can benefit from, whether you are an amateur in the kitchen or an experienced chef.
[Rewarded Review] The best of the best
I’ve always been loving Braun MultiQuick, I owned three different models before, but this one is the best. The most I love is a large 8-cup bowl and a dicer. You can do everything with this. Mostly, I use small bowl for cheese, nuts, garlic and herbs. It’s very useful for something small. For everything else, I use a large bowl. You can make even ground meat there. Also, you can slice (fine or course), shred (fine or course), and even dice! It’s awesome! It’s so easy now! What else? I also love ActiveBlade shaft. It’s very useful when you make a cream soup, and yes, you don’t need to cool the soup, use it right away while it’s hot. Also, I like that now I can switch speed mode (high, low or pulse). Also, you control the speed with Smartspeed button even if you chose high speed.
[Rewarded Review] I love it!
First of all, this comes with just about any and every blade, attachment, and container you would want. It took me a little while to figure out how to switch out the different types of blades, attachments, etc. Once I figured it out, it became a staple in my kitchen. It is so versatile, I can slice, shred, mix, beat, blend pretty much anything. It makes great smoothies, soups, dough, etc. If ever there was a do it all kitchen product, this would be it. So easy to clean, has a 700 watt engine, and can handle pretty much anything you throw at it. So far, I haven't been able to find a downside to it. Easy to clean, easy to use, easy to store. It's just easy. I wish I had something like this when my kids were babies. it would have been so much easier to make their baby food from scratch. I could make it fresh and fast everyday. The different power settings make it easy to adjust to the speed you want or need to use it at. Overall, my whole family loves it. In fact we have started to challenge each other to more difficult meals just so we can use it more often.
[Rewarded Review] Kitchen staple
This is a cleverly designed, versatile kitchen tool. Co-opting one motor for multiple attachments with varying functions is brilliant. Not only does it save space, it reduces clean up time by repurposing the machinery. It is easy to use (it can be done single handedly), comfortable to hold and powerful. It features three speeds that can be adjusted whether you're pureeing, grating, whisking, etc. for a customizable experience. I have primarily been putting this to use to make soup. I appreciate that it reduces the most tedious part of the process, prep, and lets me avoid transferring the soup to a blender in batches. As if that wasn't enough, it's easy to clean.
[Rewarded Review] It does everything!
I received a Braun multiuse mixer for my wedding 24 years ago, I used it a lot and loved it. It recently stopped working and I wanted to replace it with another Braun because I know they are great quality. The MultiQuick 9 is a great replacement because it does so much more!
[Rewarded Review] Love it!
This is such an awesome concept! I have a small kitchen so I was happy to be able to consolidate a few items into one; blender, stick blender and food processor. We eat almost exclusively at home so my kitchen tools get a lot of use. The MultiQuick was up for any task I gave it. Blending my husband's protein shakes, chopping veggies for soups and salads, whisking eggs and pancake batter, it handled it all like a champ! The motor is strong and its not obnoxiously loud. The quality seems great and it was easy to switch out the pieces and use. I'm really happy!
[Rewarded Review] Best tool ever
This will not disappoint. I’ve replaced so many of my kitchen items because this tool does it all. I absolutely love the mini 1.5 cup chopper. I always hated getting out my processor for smaller batches and dealing with the cleanup. This is great because not only is it sized perfect, but cleanup is easy too. The whisk attachment is great for eggs. My in-laws, who have strength and arthritis issues were able to use it easily (they used it for eggs and making tomato soup). Would recommend!
[Rewarded Review] All the things!
Wow. The Braun MultiQuick is simply the best kitchen tool I own. The set includes everything you could possibly need and then some. It can blend, chop, slice, mix, puree, dice, whisk, and more! The extremely powerful and relatively quiet motor gives plenty of power for such a small device. I boxed up all the old kitchen gadgets and haven't looked back. Lightweight, easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to store. What more could you ask for?!! I absolutely would recommend this multifunctional kitchen tool.
