Good table, only time will tell.
I lightly sanded and waterproofed the pieces prior to putting it together, although it had some waterproofing on it. It greatly benefited from being sanded. It went together fine, no problems with assembly. It is cedar, not eastern cedar, instead it's a lightweight, soft cedar. It looks very nice and the proportions are good. Time will tell how well the wood holds up. I plan to water seal it every year.

Easy to build! Good quality wood. Spacious. I would recommend to anyone looking to add a picnic table to their backyard. Great choice
