Misleading sizing description

These bowls are high quality stainless steel, however the description is wrong. The description on the set of bowls states the sizes are 3QT, 5QT, and 8QT. What is sent is 1.5QT, 3QT, and 5QT. I have brought this to the attention of Tramotina, but they have not corrected the error.

These bowls are sturdy and a pleasure to use. My personal issue, is that I miscalculated the size of the biggest of the three, and it is huge.

WOW! This purchase is for my granddaughter's "Hope Chest" and I'm so pleased with the quality; she'll never have to replace them. I'm a Wayfair Fan for sure!!!

While these are very nice looking, a few things to note: the rims are quite sharp, as another reviewer mentioned, which is the biggest deal breaker for me. Secondly, while they are a stacking bowl set, they make a horrible sound when putting them in or taking them out from one another due to the metal rubbing. Third-- this is a personal preference, but I would prefer for them to all be one size smaller-- the smallest bowl is more like a medium, and the largest is extra large.

Sharp rim

The rim of the bowls are very sharp. Cut my finger once while I was cleaning it.

These bowls have a good balanced feel when using and are beautiful. I had purchased a highly rated set from another manufacturer, but returned them due to inferior quality. Will happily keep these.

Perfect in every way. Great weight, depth, and look. Its deep enough but not too tall for my hand mixer. Rim provides good gripping while mixing and eliminates the need for any handle. Inside finish is great and doesn't show any damage from beaters.

I think these are a good purchase. They have a rim which allows you to hold on to the bowl better while mixing. I would recommend this purchase.

Not that large. Not grooved to use with a mixmaster, but good quality.
