Delivered damaged dented on three sides, called number was told to send pictures and additional information, sent this the next day and didn't hear anything for two weeks, emailed back and was told waiting to finish process and I should get a tracking number for replacement, its now been over a month and nothing, sucks being without an oven for 5 weeks and still waiting.

Bad stove

This is for a small apartment the thing I like most of all it burns everything I have tried during it down the top burns an the middle is never done! Do Not Buy This Stove! Unless you care to starve! I have to eat out every night! Bad thing is I love to cook!

The stove was beautiful! Fits just right in the kitchen!

Doesn't work

Got this range hooked up and found that the oven is not working. Called manufacturer and told them the problem and sent them receipts as they requested in hopes that I can get a service call. Haven't heard anything back from them after several emails. Stay away from this brand, you will be disappointed. Can't afford to get another one and it unfortunately can't be of the standard size. Now I am just stuck with a non working unit.

Range Top Coils Heat Unevenly

Looks nice but disappointed in top burners. Takes forever to bring a cup of water to a boil and it's very uneven heat. Coil might be red hot on the outside but barely any heat in the middle. Light stays on even when no burners are being used. May be a dud

Great stove. The Front feet are NOT tapped to go all the way in like the rear feet. That sucked as I had to hacksaw off the bolt so on both front feet to level it. Hotpoint need to redesign the fron of this stove so the feet will go through the case. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT STOVE. A little pricey, but great stove.
