Heavy and sturdy .. easy instructions

Very heavy box. Not so easy to put together.

The product arrived broken. Will be returning.

Seems pretty durable, instructions and assembly was easy and went well. Very happy so far

was easy to assemble and just what we needed.

Prepac Elite Deep Storage

First, the store was busy so I had to ten minutes. Not bad. The cabinet was easy to put together and did not take too long. I am 68 yrs old, I did it!

Damaged on delivery. It was evident by the condition of the cardboard box. It had a rough delivery trip from WA to NC.

Had all the parts, went to gether well, love the handles, awesome find.

Was damaged on doors and sides of cabinet. Tried to explain to customer service but they didn’t lessen to me. I took pictures of the damage but I got nowhere. Then l asked for a refund and still received nothing. Thank you for not helping me.

Cheaper Hinges

I've bought Prepac cabinets before and thought they were great, so bought more. Unfortunately they are now using very cheap hinges, different then a couple of years ago. The hinges have a Phillips locking screw which must be loosened and tightened after each adjustment. After several adjustments the locking screw begins to strip. For that reason, they have gone from 5 stars to 3 stars.

Quality Control Needed

Product looks study but it was packed very bad. Markings all over, scratchers, and the foam that expands to protect the product looked like it bursted on the pieces. Home Depot made it right and refunded me some of the cost but next time the supplier needs to do some Quality Control checks.
